“Lex and the rest of the crew provided incredible hospitality (regardless of having to deal with an animal infestation in my engine bay). Top shelf service! However, I was a little surprised to see that Jiffy Lube does not acknowledge Juneteenth (a Federal holiday) nor do they allow mechanics to take tips for the services they provide. Seems pretty messed up in my opinion.”

“The team at Smart Motors are amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful when I have questions. They pull our orders in such a timely manner, we usually have them the next day. If by chance they aren’t able to deliver that fast they are so great about contacting us right away on when we can expect them. They handle all our parts with care so that we don’t have any damages parts. Which can happen. They’re my most reliable part vendor. We are so grateful that even though they’re in Madison they still deliver to us in Brookfield. We appreciate the team at Smart Motors so much and look forward to continuing to business with them.”

“Great experience here! This was my first time at a Valvoline, but it was the closest car shop when I noticed my check engine light was on and the car was shaking (the car hadn’t been driven/was in storage for 6 months).
Both bays had cars being serviced, but I only had to wait about 5 minutes before I could pull in. The staff greeted me and were kind and courteous.
Philip helped me and I was very impressed with his customer service! He listened to my concerns, answered any questions I had, and talked me through what he was checking with my car (oil levels and engine codes). He was kind and not condescending in the slightest, even when I couldn’t remember how to pop open the hood of my car. ?

“Got a nail in my tire on Sunday morning. Nearby tireshops did not have techs available, but recommended us to try Walmart. I was skeptical at first, as I didn't even know Walmart did tire repairs. Turns out they did, and they immediately fixed my tire in an hour. It was nice to be able to eye-shop while waiting for my tire to be fixed. Beats waiting in the waiting room. The technicians were kind and friendly. The fix getting the nail out and patched was only $15, which was less than I expected for an hour labor plus the materials.
Not sure what it would be like to do bigger repairs, but for simple stuff, I fully recommend this place.”
