My nails were cracking that night. By the end of the week almost all of them had broke…and those were my real nails. This is why I pay extra and get dip or gel so they last longer than one day. Not the case here

I have been here 4 times and it has gotten worse each time. I’m not coming back. He was too fast to finish, the place was empty and he did not clean my nails after filing, too much dust got caught in the polish. He left polish over my finger tips. A real messy job.
Cleanliness: Don’t seem to care too much about cleaning his work area.

We were excited to find a salon on the west side of the city that could fit us (teen daughters and myself) in for spring break manis prior to our beach vacation. The place was busy but the staff worked hard to stay as close to on time as possible. The hostess was very friendly and kind and the rest of the staff professional. Color choices were good. The staff worked quickly and seemed to know what they were doing for four gel manis—however, the nails began to chip and peel in less than 48 hours. Very disappointed in the longevity of the manicures—I would have expected longer wear with regular polish. The price was decent, but for $35 I would have expected more than two days of wear, especially since none of us did anything more strenuous than regular handwashing/showering.

I always go here to get my eyebrows done. It has a very warm atmosphere and the owners are really sweet

I made two appointments a day ahead for my mother and I. I was getting a pedicure, she was getting a full set. Our appointment was made for 4:30pm. We get there the next day and notified staff that we made an appointment, she said pick a color, I stated I wanted gel, she said pick a color and they would get me the gel version (never happened). She then proceeded to tell us to take seats to get our nails done, I make her aware of the services we booked, they obviously didn’t go over our booking prior to this appointment. So she asks my mother and I to go sit in a pedicure chair. We go into the room and sit and wait until 4:50, at that point a man comes to the salon and he starts my pedicure, my mother is then asked to go back to where the full set takes place. I was also asked which pedicure I wanted even though that’s listed on my booking as well. There was no music or sounds in the salon, after waiting for my toes to dry and asking if they were indeed dry, I get home to find, two toe nails smeared and ruined. Lastly, even though I booked online, and received a confirmation text, it wasn’t until I got to the salon to find that if you have a card payment you will be charged a 3% processing fee! Needless to say, my mother and I will be taking our business elsewhere. Do not recommend!

The man who did my mani/pedi was largely non-verbal and aloof with me though he chatted pleasantly with other customers in the salon. He was aggressive while trimming my cuticles resulting in cuts and pain that continued for several days. He did a very poor job of shaping my nails. My fingernail polish started peeling off the next day. I won't be returning to this business and judging by the way I was treated, that seemed to be the goal.

I have gone to the older guy who works there and he's really good. The younger guy was extremely rough and my nails look awful. They aren't symmetrical and he missed polishing 2 corners. He also cut me.

Nini and her employees are always so welcoming and soothing. I enjoy my pedicures with all of them. They do a thorough job and give a generous massage which is lovely. The space is always clean.

came here to get my acrylics re-painted, and they refused to paint my nails, because they said I needed a fill. But I literally had my acrylics done one week before. The man at the front desk was willing to do them for me until his wife started talking in Chinese or whatever they speak, then said he was unable to do them.

Literally THE WORST place I've been to in Madison.. Not only was I questioned REPEATEDLY about what colors I wanted, I was given a lecture about the shape I wanted. Most of my nails were croked,, he gave me a square shape instead of coffin like I asked for and proceeded to have private conversation with his coworkers the entire time he did my nails. I WILL NEVER spend my money here ever again. That very same week I went somewhere else and got my nails redone because my nails looked AWFUL ,uneven and the acrylic was so thick it looked crazy. NEVER AGAIN, I MEAN NEVERRRR! Don't waist your time or money here.
