These folks are the absolute best. I cannot recommend them enough. The pharmacy staff is kind, easily available for help with all things, fast and just all around good people. The store staff is equally as wonderful. We use the usps services as well, and I feel lucky to live so close to such and useful and helpful place. Keep up the good work!

Very disappointed to hear that my elderly mother had an appointment for a vaccine that was confirmed but she showed up at that time and the employee very dismissively told her that she ran out. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Very rude and unprofessional. Why have appointments if you don't honor them and don't have enough? They didn't even call to tell her ahead of the appointment. They left a voicemail at the exact time of the appointment. It's really too bad because my mom is a very loyal customer. What happened??

I would like to score my pharmacy high and give a good review, but something stunningly bad happened about a week ago. Perhaps Pharmacist Bill was having a bad day and should be forgiven behavior unbecoming to his profession, but to get forgiven, you must ask (and apologize). I called to get lotion for an irritated skin and to ask advice about it. I had gotten good advice before there about other things. When I said I wanted related advice, I was told, "I can't give advice." I should have said, "But you do so all the time. What gives?" Instead I said that I had just talked to a friend at another pharmacy (that didn't have the lotion I thought I wanted), and she was not afraid to give advice." Bill said, "How rude," and hung up while I was trying to apologize for offending him. I called back, and he hung up again. I called at least 5 more times in the next 2 hours, each time being hung up on, before I getting through to a clerk. I then dropped off a letter of apology, curbside by arrangement with the clerk, who gave it to Bill. In it I apologized and asked for an apology so that I could continue as a customer. No apology has come, so I must conclude that Neuhauser Pharmacy doesn't mind losing customers over behavior that reflects poorly on their profession. Small, local business offering great service! I would much rather meet my pharmacy needs here than at a big box chain. Prescriptions are always ready in no time and they have a decent selection of over-the-counter meds and personal care products, including a fair selection of natural and allergy-friendly options. If they don't have what you are looking for, they are happy to order it or direct you where else you might find it. It's worth spending a little more time and/or money to make a stop here versus any other big box pharmacy.

This is my grandfathers Jack's old pharmacy. "If it hurts see Werts". Werts Pharmacy. This people who own it now are wonderful! Thankful the pharmacy is still there & going strong.

I've been using Neuhauser for years... decades. Here's the deal it's got fantastic customer service. They work really hard to provide excellent service. When you tire of the impersonal, so so service of the big box pharmacies come back to the old school experience. Bonus: Neuhauser is nestled into the wonderful Monroe Street Neighborhood... which is nostalgic for me... but provides a nice distraction if you need to wait for your Rx.

I am so grateful that this neighborhood pharmacy is still with us. I use the post office services (domestic only) very often. They have a nice selection of greeting cards and OTC medications. And....penny candy! The kids from Randall and Blessed Sacrement come by after school with their coins and it is adorable. Everyone is so nice that works there.

I rode my bicycle from the VA to Trader Joe's to pick up a couple of items and when I got there my mask had fallen out somewhere. I went to the screening person outside to ask if they had any and he said no, (later on I found out they did,) I was given a free mask at this drug store which allowed me to shop and bicycle home. Thank you Neuhauser Pharmacy for helping me "just because."

I absolutely love this pharmacy! I really wish it were possible to give them more than five stars. They have been more than patient with me always and very kind. The delivery is a lifesaver for me as I don't drive and the delivery drivers are great. I very highly recommend this pharmacy.

Best pharmacy in town!! I’ve been coming here for almost ten years and the service has always been stellar. They know my name, they are friendly and patient with questions, and have even advocated on my behalf to my doctor when things weren’t right with my prescription. This place is such a gem. I live on the far east side and I still make the trek out there to support this incredible local business because they are so worth it. Thank you for everything!!
