“Holy cow! The service here sucks, but this review goes to the beautiful Mexican American young lady that has a great personality, is hardworking, and very intelligent. I came here to ask a question about a direct deposit form I was required to fill out. At first I wanted to talk with a rep (you know the ones that sit in cubicles, but there were none at 4:30 pm. Therefore, I had the misfortune of having to ask the heavy set white woman for help...long story short, she had a horrible attitude and seemed bothered I asked her to help me fill out a form that she wasn't even sure how to fill out. I really hope this place improves their customer service because this is by far the worst branch I've ever been to. My advice is....DON'T come to this branch.”
