There is one friendly staff member. Everyone else is standoffish, making buying shoes there stressful and woeful. The selection is not good and shoes are overpriced. For example, FinnComfort are ~$150 in Germany, at Morgan's they are priced at over $400. I bought two pairs of shoes thinking my foot pain was caused by my old shoes, but it turned out it is related to a much bigger issue. The pain is unbearable no matter the shoes. I went to return one of the pairs I bought (unworn and with labels of course), which unfortunately happened to be on sale. It turns out, there is a policy of return only as store credit, which I didn't know about and no one informed me. The manager told the cashier reluctantly to proceed with the refund but to tell me that they would make a note on my account (as a warning or something). I am just speechless! You can write this on my account, I will not be a returning customer!

We had never been here before though we had seen the ads everyday in the newspaper. We were running errands at Hilldale and stopped in since I was having a hard time finding a comfortable casual shoe. It was a weekday but there was a steady stream of customers. After browsing some of the displays and choking on some of the prices. $450 for some ugly casual German shoes!!! I was skeptical. I decided to dive in and get some help. It turns out it was one of the co-owners who helped us. It was if I was being consulted by a podiatrist. I later learned that a few of the employees are certified pedorthists. I have never encountered such a process at a shoe store. I learned a lot about my feet. I did find a pair of shoes that fit my feet and my needs and my price point. I am not sure every employee would give this level of service or have this expertise but I will return. Oh yeah - the prices keep this from being a 5 star review.

This place can get a little crazy, but if you take a number and are patient, it is the best place we have found for well-fitting kids shoes. Every sales associate we have worked with over the years has been top-notch. Great adult selections as well. I highly recommend this store!

The store has quite a selection. But their return policy of one week is unreasonable. If you are buying shoes for a vacation or if you don't live nearby, you're pretty much stuck with what you buy. I asked for an extension based on the fact that I was getting ready to go on vacation and the man tried to take the shoes back from me on the spot. He eventually allowed me 2 1/2 weeks for a return, but I had to practically beg for that. This is not a chain store with corporate rules. Ridiculous. Customer service is not their thing.

Horrible customer service and experienced a racist encounter! Would much rather order online than deal with employees who think they are entitled to everything! So disappointed in the quality of customer service at this location.

What a selection!!! Holy cow! I stopped in the store just before the Christmas holiday. The store was packed with all types, ages of people looking for all sorts of shoes - sandals, boots, hiking, etc. Contrary to fake, censored, corporate-bought media: These specialty stores are in high demand! I had my eye on several Naot shoe and sandal styles but could not wait for assistance anymore and we were in dire need of lunch. This confirmed yet another consumer trend: people want quality, practical shoes. Again, I am completely shocked by the in-store sensational selection. Kudos to the store staff - they have a goldmine!

Walked into Morgan’s for the first time today and was greeted by Jennifer, Supervisor and Certified Pedorthist. I had back surgery 2 weeks ago and have been experiencing a lot of lower leg and foot pain during my walking rehab. Jen suspected the problem immediately and measured me expertly. She brought out several tennis shoe options, ultimately leading me to the best choice for my problem. Additionally she guided me toward a pair of supportive “house shoes” that I’ve lovingly dubbed gnome clogs, and a pair of Birkenstock sandals that are supportive and long-lasting. It was a phenomenal experience and I will definitely be back!

I have recently changed jobs, and am now on my feet for 8+ hours every day. I went to Morgan's today, on the recommendation of friends, and was not disappointed. Russ, the salesperson who helped me was fantastic and not only helped me find two pairs of shoes that will help me get through the work week but got me inserts for my everyday tennis shoes that will help with my daily walks. Highly recommend. Worth the investment!

I really got the best service I can imagine from Kristin. She spent time listening to the issues I have w my feet and came up with several options.... in my price range. I'll be back for a couple of the other styles she suggested . What a nice place to shop, very customer oriented!

- Recently stopped into Morgan's Shoes to purchase a pair of On Cloud Training shoes. I was greeted by Kelly who proceeded to show me the On Cloud models available to me and their characteristics. We decided to try on several models/styles that would fit my needs. I picked the model/style that gave me the most comfort. Kelly did a great job and was as thorough and professional as could be. I cannot recommend Morgan's Shoes highly enough. - Robert D.

Thank you for the wonderful experience of buying Blundstones from your store. I was traveling back from PA to my home in MN and was looking for a pair of quality work boots that I could slip on and off easily as I went in and out of homes I work on. Not one friendly staff member and not one leather sole shoe ... just the truth. DSW has better quality for half the price.. as a customer I would expect a small buissness to have better quality and customer service.
