I stopped in today and the young man working was very friendly and had such positive energy, I know it's just a convenience store, but when you receive such genuinely good customer service it really has a positive impact on your whole day.

On my visit on May 3, 2023 at approximately 8:30pm, I was waiting for over “10 minutes” outside with the sign posted on the door for the employee to return. There was a group of people waiting behind me as well. As the employee is returning to unlock the door, there is no display of greeting, welcoming us customers, or apologizing for the wait. Instead we are greeted with a display of exasperation. When I approach the counter to activate the pump using the MOBIL Application, I am told that he cannot scan the QR code from the application to activate the pump. Surprised, I said, “Really, will you try it at least?” He responds with a poor attitude that he has worked here 6 years and he would know. I responded that I always use the Mobil app using the QR code and never had any issues and I insist that he tries to scan it. Visibly upset, the cashier asks me if I “understand English” and that he told me “three time that it wont work”, this Mobil gas station is owned by another company, and this is why it will not work. If this is true, I can accept that fact without being given insulting remarks and a poor, negative attitude towards me. Management should seriously update training for their employees on how to properly treat and serve their customers. Noted for reference: The employee was a slim African with a heavy accent. Do better Mobil!

No sign on the air pump saying it was out of order. When I went in to ask them about it (it took my money and my psi didn't change so I thought.maybe I had done it wrong or something) the front desk cashier completely ignored me and the second I asked about it, before I could finish my sentence he said "it's a different company, we don't own it". But I feel like if it is on your property and your customers are using it, you should know if it's working or not?

You have a sign out front that says you will “check papers” for service dogs. Legally you can only ask whether an animal is a service animal and what task it performs - there is no service animal registry and denying based on a lack of papers is illegal.
