Jonathan makes this a 5 star experience, amazing hospitality, makes me feel like family, very communicative and patient.If Linda answers the phone it's a 1 star experience. She is condescending, makes you feel like you're incompetent and wasting her time.

Products can be opened when you buy them. Trying to get a refund is a waste if time. Personally I will shop elsewhere.

Don't go there if you don't have to! Unless you like to be disrespected! Linda is very unprofessional! She is rude and chews her food in your ear while she is on the phone. The pharmacist (younger lady) has no customer service skills and is quite rude also. You are in a profession where people come in with pain and need advice or help understanding their medication. We don't need to be treated like you are being bothered. Have some compassion for your customers! It is not difficult to be kind and professional! If you don't like your job, then QUIT!!

I recently bought a Kroger brand ice cream (Churned Mint Chocolate Chip), and found a hair in it. The hair was blue, and my hair is black. Also, I haven't dyed my hair since 2019-ish, so it has been a while. The hair was really short, while mine is longer. I am no longer buying Kroger ice cream anymore. I got the ice cream from Metro Market Monona, WI.

Great grocery store with excellent deli and bakery. Some produce looks iffy, I don't know if it's entirely their fault.

Used to be great. Kam was one of the best pharmacists around. Now that he is gone, the service has slipped dramatically and I have left for a new pharmacy. Some of the folks here now very clearly do not like their jobs.

Metro Market is my go-to spot for cereal and yogurt. They usually have sales on their dairy products and consistently have lactose-free yogurt and ice cream! The Kroger brand is very affordable and their selection of chobani and various Greek yogurts is pretty impressive. Their cereal selection is pretty good with many affordable options. The check out line is usually very quick (they have 6 self-checkout isles). Overall, a solid place to visit if you are around the Hilldale area and are looking to increase your supply of dairy goods.

I'm hoping this is a one time issue. Usually I get great service. However, I requested a prescription transfer from another pharmacy to use my Metro GoodRX coupon on either December 30th or 31st. The meds were to be mailed to me. I hadn't gotten the text notification that it was ready so I called this evening (the 3rd) . Nothing had been done. Kelly, poor girl, helped me, but I was mad, so I didn't come off too great. She was able to get it processed & I just got the text notification. I do appreciate her help, but I am still boiling a bit.

The best pharmacy by far. Kam is awesome, explains meds, answers all questions. Staff are friendly but he is the best by far.To Howard- the pharmacy or its staff are not responsible for signage, Kroger is. You should have taken it up with Kroger and not badmouth pharmacy staff.

Just transferred here from Hy-Vee and Kam has been amazing! Super helpful, goes out of his way to help me out, gets scripts filled quickly and knows what he’s talking about! I’ll be staying with metro market for awhile

Kameron, the manager, and all that work there are awesome. They are friendly and very efficient. They explain all prescriptions and answer any questions I might have. Very thankful for them.
