Wanted to recognize the salesman Tyler here, even though we ended up going with a different vehicle that better fit our families needs, he answered all our questions on the telluride, and was not pushy. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, Tyler will take care of you if you're looking for a Kia!

Justin and Braden were a pleasure to work with. Buying a car (especially out of necessity after an accident, that wasn't my fault at all) is stressful as you have to make a big financial decision. Both of them really took the stress out of the whole experience. They were friendly, easy going, and really listening to our wishes. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle from them (so we went somewhere else, got disappointed and "ran right back" to Metro Kia) The car we wanted was not available so they transferred a car from a sister dealership to them. They really know what customer service is. Justin took time to explain the car thoroughly and set it up the way we wanted (for 2 driver profiles even). I cannot say enough good things about them and would recommend Metro Kia to anyone who is shopping for a car as a Kia wasn't even on top of our list to look at. But boy; did the car and the service convince us!

"I recently purchased a vehicle from Metro kia and had an outstanding experience, thanks to BLAKE LANG The dealership had a wide selection, and the prices were competitive. BLAKE was knowledgeable, professional, and made the process seamless. I highly recommend Metro kia and Blake lang to anyone in the market for a new or used car."?

Parts dept is awful tried no less than 5 times over 3 hours to get someone to pickup. The operator answering phone said probably just one person working on a Saturday, I’m thinking nobody “working”. I asked if she could go check if their phone was actually ringing and nope. I asked if she could walk a message back to then and nope. Suggested trying Monday… the other dealer in town answers right away and apologized for not having in stock and said when he could get. Also told me that sister store had instock in Milwaukee. That’s customer service unlike this place.

I recently received a letter in the mail from Kia asking me to bring my car in to check a few recalls. Metro Kia is the only Kia dealership in Madison that I could find that does emissions testing, so that's where I brought it in. I bought my car from a different area dealership last year and have been using the included oil changes and service at that dealership, so this was my first interaction with Metro.
They said the appointment would take two hours and they were very quick to offer me a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to wait around their lobby—this was SO appreciated. My car was ready early and I was happy to find it cleaned, with none of the seats or mirrors moved, so I didn't have to spend time readjusting everything. My service rep (Daniel, I think) was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure the appointment and service went well. Even though Metro is on the opposite side of town, I will continue utilizing them for all major service checks and all oil changes once the ones included with my car elsewhere are used up.

Avoid this service department like your life depends on it. Go read the Yelp reviews, those ones are actually real.
I hope for a tornado so nobody has to be subjected to this horrible place. 4 weeks to fix my car. Lied to me repeatedly about timeline. Tried overcharging me by $1000 for an alternator. Never return calls or texts.
15 years of driving Kia’s and I am going to get rid of this car and never again buy a Kia. Simply because of the service department. Nothing to do with the car. All because of this horrible monstrosity.
The absolute worst guys. Don’t be fooled by the fake Google reviews. This plus and the people suck as much as you can imagine.

I would give Aiden White a 6-star rating!

Avoid the service department at all costs. Rude, mean, and will flat lie to you to try and steal your money. Go to the west side or Janesville. We almost had to call the police last time because their service tech tried to steal our personal belongings.

If I could leave zero stars, I would! My daughter and I came to this dealership with the intent of purchasing/leasing not 1 vehicle but possibly 2. They pulled my credit as a tier 1 and was told after the credit pull that I couldn't lease the vehicle because my address was in another state. (This of course was told to me after). Fool me once..I then shifted to my daughter, who just moved here from Seattle. We are both teachers and both have tier 1 credits. I am a homeowner as well. My daughter sold her home with substantial $$ in the bank to actually outright purchase. We actually told both the salesperson, Jose and the finance manager, Mohammed that she is currently unemployed so let's make sure that is not an issue. They said it was not an issue at all. They took a deposit from both of us of 1k, (I didn't receive my refund for 6 days). They said they had a car on their lot and then they didn't and would have to search other lots. We offered to pay the entire lease up front, and they said they couldn't. They pulled my credit again for a co-signer for her and told me it would be fine. It wasn't fine at all. After demanding to speak to the manager, Joe, he actually had the audacity to say to us that he wasn't involved in this, and he never would have done this deal in front of Jose! He offered zero apology for how they handled this and said he is not responsible for anything and that quote, "he's not the bank!" In my years of dealing with car dealerships, this takes the cake on lack of professional management, lack of knowledge of financing, and certainly lack of customer service and professional courtesy. I will never do business with this dealership and frankly, with Kia itself.

Just read their Facebook reviews, go to Zimbrick instead. This dealership is full of shady practices and dealings.

Has a great experience there. Ask for Luke, he’s fun to work with and really knows how to make it an enjoyable experience.

Excellent service received at Metro Kia! Tyler (sales) was chill, patient with all our questions and put on zero pressure. Brandon (tech) was extremely helpful in teaching the functions all of our bells and whistles. Highly recommend! (And of course we are INLOVE with the vehicle!)

Brandon and Katie really worked with us throughout the process, from coming in on days off to meet our schedule, responding to e-mailed questions, and generally assuring us that they would do what was necessary to make us comfortable as we made our decision.

Ran out of vehicle whose deal I was interested in; did not let me know of this, confirmed my appointment and all. Wasted my time unnecessarily. Customer service was cool but that was really not the point.
