I had the BEST experience at the Ford dealership! The Customer Service from everyone was outstanding! So friendly, attentive and helpful to what I was looking for. My sales person, Arber Agushi went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible and answered ALL my questions. It was obvious everyone was a team and worked together for their customer to walk away getting exactly what they are looking for and happy.. ? Will I ever go back? Heck yes!!! Wonderful team of people!

Best experience buying my husband's dream raptor truck! While waiting for paperwork the owner let us test drive a corvet which was beyond fun! Great customer service from sales to finance! Highly recommend!

I have been to quite a few car dealerships over the years and met a lot of salespeople. I am female and because of past experience I often take a male plus one with me when looking at cars.
In this instance I brought my son along in case I ran into issues.
At MetroFord of Madison, I met Arber Agushi who was the first salesperson who didn’t make me feel invisible, tell me what I should buy, or pressure me into a decision. He took the time to make eye contact and speak with me directly about what I was looking for.
He worked with me, with occasional input from my son. It was refreshing.
Not only did I buy a vehicle from him, my son also decided to buy one.
I highly recommend working with Arber if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle. He will do his very best to meet your needs and will treat you well.

Just pulled my Tacoma out from a diagnostics check with complaints of rattle and slight wheel shake when braking. They tried to charge me 1500.00 plus to tighten a bolt and replace front wheel rotors and pads and an alignment. Well that's wierd because I just got new tires and when I did that about two months back I replaced the pads and got it aligned so ... just another dealership trying to part a gal and her hard earned $. Only reason I took it there is because I had bought it there, and for good measure they parked it in the sun to sit when they were all done not doing a thing and charging over 200.00 to lie to me. Won't be returning.

I recently got my car here and it was such a great experience. I’ve never had a car before and it was thanks to Adam and Aber for helping me find a car that was right for me. I would also like to thank Jorge and Brian for their assistance in explaining to me different payment plan options. Lastly, thank you Hanna for teaching me the controls and features of my car. I would’ve never known what most of the buttons did without you!

Working with the staff was amazing, from our salesman who was so patient not pushy, willing to help however possible, to the finance team. Would definitely recommend again. Not your typical dealership experience for sure (salesman was Arber, definitely ask for him)

Sales was great and I flew in from out of state they picked me up at the airport. Only problem I had was that the finance paperwork wasn’t prepared and I had to wait. Made for a long day with my drive back home. Sales part was flawless but the finance/paperwork could be more prepared especially on a Saturday.
