“Had a wonderful experience today at this location. The lady who helped me felt very experienced and knowledgeable. She made my fiancé and I feel like we were her sole focus for the day.Selections felt plentiful and anticipated turn around felt acceptable as well.I’ll update my review at a later time depending on if suit and item do not arrive on time or in bad quality.”
“I had the best experience buying a suit and other clothes at Tom James in Madisin. WI. I'm not exactly a fancy dresser but Laura walked me through all my options, answered all my questions, helped with color choices and accessories. She also stayed on top of my order and communicated with me perfectly throughout the whole process.
I HIGHLY recommend using Tom James if you need a great suit and you value customer service.”

“Google asked me how my visit was...and I really had to think about it. When I walked into the East Town Mall Hot Topic....it felt more like a Lukewarm Conversation. Gone were the mall goth employees and black spiderweb windows that would drive fear into Suburban soccer mom's hearts. No longer were there aisles of CDs, records, or headphones to listen to HIM's newest music. Instead, racks of Spongebob and Naruto merchandise lined the middle tables, toys from all kinds of nostalgic 90's movies, and novelty t-shirts that seem more like "tepid topics" than anything current. I walked in very specifically because I had a gift exchange where the person wanted Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise...which is at the store in droves. Did I buy something? Sure did. Would I do it again? Tough to say... I can't think with the 13-year-old inside of me screaming that Hot Topic has become what it most feared -a poser.”

“I placed an order for brush pads late Saturday and paid for two-day shipping. On Monday (yesterday) I emailed to let them know I forgot to note what color pads I wanted, received a response right away. To my surprise, they arrived in the mail today with a very nice handwritten note from Steve himself. I've been in the store a few times and ordered items online. Steve and Co are always extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and ready to help with any questions. If you can't find it at Steve's, then it doesn't exist. Thank you Steve, you're the best!”

“Just came from the Men's Department where we had excellent help from a man named Owen. He was very knowledgeable of the fabric content, and current styles. We walked out of there with 2 sports coats, 3 shirts and 3 wonderful ties. He was efficient and was able to find us great options in pretty quick order. That was perfect since my son has limited patience for shopping - so efficiency was a must. Thanks Owen!!”
“My experience here was delightful. The staff were talkative without unintentionally overwhelming shoppers, and the displays were gorgeous. As someone who used to live in Colorado, and enjoys a nature or mountain feel, this place was the perfect amount of cozy. The lighting was mellow, and the space itself was cozy without feeling claustrophobic. I would give 5 stars, however I personally felt the prices were a bit above what I was looking for. I'm confident that the quality of the clothing is worth higher end, however it felt just a smidge above what I expected. Overall, definitely make a note to visit if you're in the area, this place is fantastic”

“This is a HUGE shout out to Janel! This was my first ever experience buying jeans in The Buckle. Janel saw that I was looking around, trying to find the jeans for us gals with a little more junk in the trunk.You see, I have a friend who told me Buckle Black Jeans = No back gap. (If you know you know).Anyway... I was in a bit of a hurry, and Janel loaded me up with a few options: Buckle Black and The Gabby.Holy Moses & Mother of Pearl. These jeans! I left with five pairs and will be going online to see if I can find any more I can't live without.Thank You, Janel! You made my day!”

Not only are they always stocked with a well curated selection of fashionable and unique pieces, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really cool people. Always a superb in-store music selection and a great vibe. Been coming to the store for years and I always stop by when I’m in town. Since I come every few months, they always have a new selection of clothes and they never miss ??”

“The Lady who helped me was wonderful and very helpful with finding my clothes. I never had my measurements taken and she helped me find clothes that fit perfectly to my size. I also asked her for her opinion on a great tie for the outfit and not only did she find a great match but also explained why the patterns and materials were a great fit together. When I need to get nice clothing I’ll make sure to stop here again.”
“Love this place. They take the time to get to know you and your tastes. Only place I can find unique casual men's clothing in town. It's a little pricey, but I am willing to pay for cool quality clothing. It's better than any stuff at the boring department stores.”

“I just stopped into this location and received the best customer service ever. Ahlisha helped me find the correct size in both unisex and mens vans ( if you know vans sizing, you know how tricky sizes run) and explained the differences in new school / old and pro/skate vs classics. She got several versions and sizes out for me and helped fit me to a T. Brittney (sp) also cam through with no show sock tips and sale details. Both were super friendly and made me feel happy and welcomed! Loved the atmosphere of the store and their vibe!”
“The East Springs Drive Old Navy store in Madison, WI, is a very organized, neat & well-stocked store. There is an employee there, Mary (I believe,) who always has the answer when I've asked her a question. I'm impressed with her knowledge & readiness with an answer. Plus, she has a smile & looks to be a hard worker.I had an error with an over-ring on an item purchased a few weeks ago but getting it re-rung & corrected was easy & painless.Old Navy is my go-to store for great prices on in-fashion jeans & seasonal wear for myself & gifts. Love all the Old Navy brand stores; The Gap, Banana Republic, etc.”

“Went to Old Navy to do some Christmas shopping for my family with my wife. The clothes are generally pretty high quality with very reasonable prices. It's usually pretty busy in there, so it's generally takes a while to check out. The sales staff is very helpful.”

“Was always a fantastic experience when I went to rue21. Although it is always a joy to go there, the clothes are extremely expensive and you have to ask a staff member to unlock a dressing room for you. It is quite hard to ask a staff member to unlock something for you when you feel that you're annoying them and keeping them from their job. Anyways, I have put those perfume rollers on my lips before and was not a tasty experience.”
