This morning I went in to get ground beef for my husband's birthday cake. His meat birthday cake! I made a large round hamburg steak "cake" from ground beef, onions, breadcrumbs and spices. I topped it with garlic mashed potatoes as "frosting" and then beef pepper gravy. It was delicious, and the gentleman said he'd love to see a picture some day. 10/10, it was amazing and my husband was very happy.”
“I arrived a day early and they let me park overnight. My appointment was the next day at 7 AM. They called me at 7:10 AM and finished at 8:33 AM. The lumper fee is 100 dollars.”

“Wow, tucked away in the University campus is this fantastic meat shop. Although they have a very nice array of meats in their fresh counter and an extensive selection of frozen meats from steak to pork to veal to lamb, the biggest plus is in custom ordering. Their prices are very reasonable. The staff is incredibly helpful. You park across the street where several spaces are reserved for Bucky's customers.”
