“I looked & laid on a lot of different types of mattresses for a long time! I had horrible back pain, and never woke up feeling rested. I went into Verlo & talked with Carmen, who listened to what issues I had with my current bed. She recommended a few different options and made me feel very comfortable. Prices were also very affordable for what they had to offer! After trying a few different beds, I knew instantly, what I wanted! I ended up with a V7 plush, with an adjustable base. I then met Corey who said they could have it ready for me within a week. Perfect timing, I was moving!! I also bought 3 pillows and amazing sheets! Delivery was a breeze, and the delivery crew was great! I no longer wake up with back pain, and I sleep soundly for hours! The only complaint I honestly have is, I never want to get out of bed! “Keller was great and answered all my questions when I stopped in on a Friday so that I could be directed to the right mattresses to try. I came back Saturday with my husband to check out the 2-3 matresses I narrowed it down to. Placing the order was easy and delivery was set up for the following Wednesday. Then on Monday I called with some questions and Chad was so helpful. I am so grateful to Chad for helping me add a new foundation to the order and making sure it could be on the same Wednesday delivery. Really outstanding service at Steinhafels Mattress! And of course delivery was great and right on time!”

“We decided we finally wanted to replace our 20 year old Verlo mattress. Our old mattress was still fine, but showing some body indentation. Since we were so happy with our previous mattress purchase from Verlo we decided to purchase another. We settled on the V11 in a medium firmness. We have had our mattress for a week now and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The mattress is superior quality. Customer service was great and delivery was prompt. Will try to refresh this review once the mattress has aged a little bit. If it’s like our old mattress I have no doubt it will last a long time.”

“Updated from 3 to 4.5 stars after I got my furniture delivered. Pros: They have a good variety and selection of furniture and the salesman was nice and helpful. Reasonable prices and it seems to be good quality as well. Their no refunds policy seems a little stricter than some other stores I've been to, but I'm pretty happy with my overall purchase so far. Cons: Trying to organize delivery was tough. Know that they do phone calls and not emails, not even for your purchase receipt so hold on to your paper one. I digress. When I called in the morning to sort out delivery details, they were closed and their voicemail box wasn't set up. For these reasons if yelp would let me I'd take off half a star. ...more pros (Update): The phone receptionist was extremely helpful in getting my delivery time nailed down. The delivery staff came on time and did a good job assembling the pieces quickly. They were professional and made sure they were set up where I wanted. One piece had a manufacturing flaw so they returned a few days later to replace it free of charge. And my furniture is gorgeous, well built and definitely worth the price. After this experience, I am much happier and would recommend A-1 furniture.”
