Rooms are underfunished and bland as possible , not even s picture on the wall. Rooms do have a table to work or eat off. I had to eat in the bed. This is unexceptable for the price they charge. I won't be staying here

What I like about this hotel is that I have a place to stay for the night, free wifi with no password and a beautiful bathroom.What I don't like about this hotel:The bathroom doorknob in my room doesn't work. I cannot complete shut the bathroom door. Breakfast was horrible! No eggs (scramble eggs, omelet, sunny side eggs, boiled eggs)! No sausage links or bacon! No hashbrowns! Breakfast choices are biscuit and gravy, cereal, juice, milk, bread, bagels, yogurt, waffle, and breakfast sandwiches! I was expecting sausage links and eggs, but nope! Just biscuit and gravy! The business owners are Indian!Not all but MOST Indian Hotel Business Owners are always strict and mean when it comes to running a hotel business! Strict on breakfast and strict on rules! Cannot bring breakfast to room (which I never do that whenever I rent a hotel room but others will), and mostly every hotels that are run by Indians will always have limited supplies, like towels, breakfast food, bathroom toilet papers, etc. In short, many people were unsatisfied about the breakfast choices, and the toaster doesn't work!Also, there's not enough lights in my room! I understand that the building of this hotel is being remodeled, but if any rooms that are not complete, do not let customers rent! My pillows were small and were not thick and fluffy! If you still wanna run a hotel business, I suggest you stop being strict! Bring sausage links and eggs protein to your breakfast. Everytime when I rent a hotel room in any hotels that are being operated by Indians, I always leave unsatisfied.I have nothing against Indians, but they always have the same attitude when it comes to running a business. The attitude to scam people for money. This hotel claimed to be good and got positive reviews, but don't trust any of those positive reviews. Indian Hotel Business Owners never think about what to do to satisfy their customers. It's always about them first, then customers last. I don't think I can rent another hotel room from hotels being operated by Indian Business Owners anymore. They're selfish. Never put their customers' need first. I'm not racist, I'm just speaking from experience.Rooms: Nice space. Beautiful bathroom. Beds were comfy. Pillows were small; not thick and fluffy!Food & drinks: Breakfast was horrible! Just biscuit and gravy, cereal, juice, milk, bread, bagels, yogurt, waffle, and breakfast sandwiches! Barely any proteins. One granny could not toast her breads and bagels because the toaster wasn't working. All customers who had breakfast were unsatisfied; including me. Barely anyone even dared to try the biscuit and gravy, only me until later morning, few people were left with no choice but to try the unappetizing biscuit and gravy. Mostly everyone that had breakfast were just having cereal, yogurt, fruits, and a cup of coffee, juice, water and milk. I suggest you improve your breakfast, building and rooms! Change your pillows! They are not thick and fluffy! Claimed to be Grand Hotel, but not luxury. Idc if you are remodeling!

Stayed for a week while we awaited moving into a new home. The front desk staff are very friendly, generous and accommodating to my situation. Beds are comfortable, basically clean, quiet rooms. The bathroom towels are far too thin and small. The pool area and hot tub need a solid cleaning, and was messy with towels or pieces of dirt or trash. The breakfast is hot, yet seemed to have minimal variation and was inconsistent with items like eggs (important for vegetarian types like me). Location is a bit quirky so be sure to ask staff as the GPS is not yet updated with the under-construction roads and signs. The building is mid-renovation and changing to a new brand so I imagine it will be even better in the months to come.

This place is a hot mess. The rooms have broken lamps and chairs. The pool also has broken chairs and no clean towels. The grounds have not been cared for: overgrown grass, paper blowing around…They have signs saying they are under construction and please excuse the mess, but their prices don’t reflect the state of neglect you see here.Rooms: Rooms with light fixtures that don’t work and pillows that should have long been thrown out shouldn’t be in a 239.00 a night hotel.Safety: When a 140 man sits and a chair and it breaks, that’s a problem.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean, up-to-date and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here a few times and has always been accommodating. The breakfast area was clean and kept well stocked.. would have liked bananas to go with the oranges and apples. Really nice though and will be staying there again when back in town.

We had a wonderful time, the hotel was clean, safe and inviting. All of the facilities and the room were modern and sleek. We felt secure staying here upon seeing how clean everything was kept, we will for sure be back to stay again!

Spent an overnight stay here. There were signs apologizing for the inconvenience as they were renovating.My husband wasnt able to sleep well as paint smell still lingers. Except for this, we were satisfied with our room.The eating area stocked good breakfast choices.It is also adjacent to the Harley Davidson Museum of Madison.

Simply put. The place is ok for a quick over night stop. But the prices are ridiculous for a room that is under renovation which looks like they are actually taking used parts from another hotel.

Don’t listen to the positive reviews. They are all wrong and probably paid. Please don’t stay here if you can help it. I was utterly unprepared for how bad the situation would be. No bedbugs or anything but it was super sketchy. The room I had smelled musty and like cigarettes. The sheets had an obvious stain from you know what in the middle of the sheets. Breakfast offerings were underwhelming and sad. No redeeming qualities I can think of…Spend the extra $$ and avoid this place. Management (new or old), you have a lot of work to do to improve this hotel. Renovations are in the works and it honestly couldn’t happen quick enough. I should have read the reviews but was desperate to crash somewhere for a night. Not worth the $100 I paid. The price should come WAY down until the situation is improved.

I loved the hotel even though it was currently being renovated. The staff are very nice. My king-size bedroom was very relaxing. The bed was extremely comforting. The showerhead was great. The leather sofa looked brand new and was huge and relaxing. I also had a fridge and microwave.Food & drinks: There is a casino and plenty of restaurants everywhere. Many restaurants deliver to the hotel.

+staff were quick to turn off the clock alarm that was going off in room next door when I called to front desk at 6 am.+hot breakfast, friendly staff-overpaid for hotel under construction (my bad!)-black out curtains were ripped and didn't cover light from parking lot.

This place was great! Other reviewers made it sound like hell, but it was more than we expected, and really good for the price. Room was clean, no bed bugs in our room, smelled a bit smokey but that didn't surprise us. Breakfast was good! Sausage, eggs, french toast, waffle makers, and more. Plus we won $30 on the lobby slot machines.Lobby staff was very friendly, even though they must have been bored to tears because there were so few guests.Would absolutely recommend staying here if you're traveling on a budget!Food & drinks: Good breakfast

Good place to stay they are currently remodeling so the stairway smelled like paint/ chemical fumes l and the pool was a little on the colder side but other than that it is a decent hotel for the price and I would stay again. Its located right off the interstate by the casino.

Almost everything in these place is fine. But they stolen 96 dollars from my bank account and claimed that when I checked out I never told them and left my door open, they said the housekeeping people said there was stuff in the room so they kept cleaning it but than is not true.?
