I love supporting this family owned local business! They can do just about everything you ask. I recently reached out to them to make a "fat head" photo of my daughter for her senior night celebration for volleyball. They turned out great and we were all thrilled to show them off. :)

Extremely disappointed in the size and quality of my item. The medium 1/4 zip synthetic pullover hangs at least two inches below tips of my fingers, and the material is very low quality and thin. The lettering down the arm is also sized in a way that makes it illegible, but I’m sure that’s also accentuated by the XL size of this medium I ordered.
PS no returns or exchanges, so no incentive for quality or online description to be improved.
Addendum: my response from customer service took no responsibility for the faulty item and did not apologize for the situation. My strongly worded response to this poor customer service was passed along to the staff at my organization. The owner threatened to withdraw funding from the organization over my dissatisfaction with a $20 item.
There’s a reason union print shops exist, and this is it. Buy union made!!?

I had a terrible experience with this company. I wrote a review of the experience and it was taken off?? Then, miraculously, a ton of good reviews show up? Shame. Anyways, I was lied to on 2 occasions to get me un the door.

Julia was amazing! First off, I didn't realize it was so hard to find a business that embroiders a single personal item. Most places I went to either only embroidered their own merchandise or commercially. I waited to the last minute, but I was determined to have a personalized doggie jacket made as a gift. The fabric was a bit difficult to work with because of the liner. It was too thick for stitch embroidery, Julia came up with another great solution using heat transfer and it came out perfectly! She emailed me the same day with a picture of what it would look like just in case I wanted to make any last minute changes. The turn around time was quick! Outstanding customer service! Thanks again Julia!!! I will definitely use Madison Top in the future.

They're pretty much one of the few stores, if not the only one, that do on-the-spot custom orders. The quality was top-notch. And the staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I can't recommend the Madison Top Company enough!* Easy to work with, including prompt replies to emails and phone calls* Experienced designers that know what does and (more importantly) does not look good on a t-shirt (proportions, locations, etc.)* Competitive pricing* Great print quality* There are no order minimum requirements on any item they can handle in-house!* (Once more for the folks in the back) No order minimums on many items!

Great Experience! The fastest printing I’ve EVER seen! Hands down these guys are awesome! I walked in, asked them to print off a couple of shirts with a logo on it, and before I walked out of the door, they were made! If I could rate them 100/5 I would!
