Very nice space and equipment setup, particularly for something that's free to students (that are taking at least one degree credit class on campus in Madison).

Pretty nice setup and free to students actively enrolled in a degree program. It is limited in the sense that it could use more equipment and more variety of equipment. An indoor track would be really nice as well. Also there aren't really trainers on staff there. I know this isn't exactly their fault but they could also use better cleaning after-hours. I don't know if it's still there but someone left a used bandage in one of the treadmill cupholders and that thing at least had been there for months. Finally, it would be nice if they stayed open for more hours. Not saying they should be open on Sunday but more hours in general on Saturday and being open a bit later Monday-Friday would be kind of nice.
