It confused same time

Incredibly rude and combative staff. I was about to spend $500, but decided to just buy most of my books from Amazon as they were so disrespectful. All I did was ask some questions about a course packet that wasn’t available and they immediately became combative. The first associate lied and said, “ a lot of people are buying this.” When I informed him that the program I am in has a limited number of applicants and only one group a semester he maintained his combativeness. I asked if he could double check as the previous semester they didn’t provide me with a book I needed and I was left scrambling on the first day of class. After he came back again I inquired when it would be available. He said in about a week. Classes start Tuesday and it will be something I need immediately. He asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I said sure. As I’m approaching she’s snide-fully saying, “Sure let me look up something we don’t have.” I had yet to engage with her and she was already being combative. Don’t buy books from this store unless it’s absolutely necessary.

I keep getting letters saying I did not turn in my book from one year ago, when I am positive that I did, and I "owe" over $200. I am worried that it will permanently affect my credit score, and I have continuously called, emailed, and left voicemails and nothing is being done. I am very unhappy with the system here.

The bookstore might be one of the best things about the campus. They have a lot of helpful supplies, and the bookstore oftentimes has rental programs that save you tons and tons of money per semester. They're great.

Very unhappy about my experience here. I was told by my Instructor that I could go in and purchase the books I needed and when I got there they said they didn’t have them and I needed to purchase them online. Then I told them I was told I could get them in person and they finally actually looked for the books and I was able to purchase them. Kelsey had a attitude and I did not like the way she handled the situation at all. Very disrespectful.
