Bought a 2007 Toyota Highlander from Al at Mad Motors. A fair price and a good, clean vehicle. The rear windshield wiper was missing, but I took delivery of it anyway with his promise that it was ordered and its way. Sure enough, a few days later they called and let me know it was in. They offered to install it, but I'm a DIY kinda guy. I would definitely use this dealer again to purchase a used vehicle.

Amazing! They know everything about the cars they are selling, no guessing here. Friendly and a pleasure to do business with them!

Bought a Subaru Forester from them, said they did the brakes, started squeaking a month later, took in, needed new pads, caliper. Engine light went on also, had to get oxygen sensor and catalytic converter!! Spent over 1000!! They are not honest!!

My purchase experience with Mad Motors was very positive. I purchased the vehicle in good condition in and out (and it is still in good running condition). I am very happy with my purchase, price as well. They even stayed open late for me to come into town and pick it up. I can honestly say I will return when it time for me to purchase a car for my daughter. I highly recommend Mad Motors to others. My purchase experience was hassle-free, quick, and easy.

Bought a Toyota Corolla 2013 from the dealer. Great service, easy transaction. Had a problem with battery later and after getting ahold of the owner he was willing to help with checking it for me. Will do business with this guys again since my husband needs a new car as well.

Spent $400.00 on a brake job after purchase. Car had lock lugs with no key. Will not do business with them again.

I searched high and low for 2 vehicles my business needed ASAP. Mad Motors had exactly the vehicles I was looking for. I drove both to my mechanic and both received clean bills of health. Al worked with me on price and I got a fantastic deal!!! Having dealt with other dealers for many years, this was the easiest experience to date. I will definitely be back! No pressure quality used vehicles at a great price!!

I bought a 2004 Subaru with 105,000 from these guys and after putting less than 5,000 miles on the car the transmission completely blew. When purchasing the car they offered to replace the water pump and timing belt as preventative maintenance for $250. I took the deal. After the work was done, the owner picked me up in my new car from my home. I found it weird/off putting that he didn't let me drive the car as we drove him back to the dealer. At this time I also noticed the dash lights were out, asked him about fixing it. He said it would cost $90. Shame on me for not calling the deal off right there. A week later I went to use the windshield washer and nothing came out. Wipers work, but no washer fluid. Figured it was just empty and would fill it at the next oil change. Nope, the pump was broke = it was broke when I bought the car. I made sure the wipers worked, but did not test the washer function when buying it. Three months later, after I'd put less than 5,000 miles on the car the transmission completely blew and clutch was totally gone. It cost $3,000 to fix. When calling them to ask for help with this lemon they sold, the best they would do was charge $400 less to do the work themselves with half the warranty on the work. The owner actually implied that I was to blame for completely trashing the transmission and clutch. Sir, I owned my previous manual for 14 years, put over 150,000 miles on the car, and never had to have any work done on the clutch or the transmission. If selling me this piece of trash was not insulting enough, he had to add insult to injury. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS! Every shop I've had work on this car thus far has told me this dealer is notorious for selling horrible cars. I wish I would have known that before I did any business with them.
