We contracted Mad City to store an apartment’s contents in January and deliver them to our new place in August and on both ends of the move the experience was top notch. From the scheduling team to the delivery people, everyone was courteous and professional.

First-time customer and very satisfied. Prompt and friendly communication by email and/or phone. Moving staff arrived on time and were efficient and respectful. They took extra care to not cause any damage. Asked for my preferences in terms of where items should be set. Took care of disassembling & reassembling bed frames. Very fair price for my specific moving situation.

Update! We used these folks again for our last move not quite three years ago - we had another fabulous experience. The team of movers was two younger guys under the direction and assistance of the guy who had moved us ten year prior (stayed with the company all that time!). They got us out of a three story townhome into a ground floor ranch in three hours. Oh my goodness - they deserved the generous tip we gave them (specifically since this one came in under what we were quoted because they were so efficient!). Still a great company!
I can't say enough about how awesome this experience was - from requesting a quote on-line to the fantastic guys (Antony and Antoine - sp?) that moved us this past weekend. Communication from the office was prompt and really helpful. These guys worked harder than anyone I've ever seen before. The final price was a little more than what I was quoted, but I added additional things for them to move that I hadn't told Brenda (the office manager) about when requesting a quote. Took an extra hour over what she quoted, but it was money well spent. They were prompt, professional and took very good care of our belongings. They even got a huge heavy desk out of a room (that it was assembled in) and up stairs into our new place under very difficult angles/space without a scratch. Loved the experience!!!

Mad City Moving strikes again! In this current climate of it being hard to find great employees, I don’t know how Mad City does it, but the 3 gents who moved us today were awesome. Friendly, professional, patient with my mind-changing, and great at their jobs. What a bunch of nice, efficient guys!

Recently Mad City Movers moved our company. From my first interaction in getting a quote to the actual move, my experience with this company has been outstanding. This company was amazing! From the office staff that was friendly and really tried to understand my move, to the crew that worked very hard. Took care of my furniture and even came in under the estimate. Would use again and recommend everyone else to as well.

THEY SUCK!!! Left my mom in tears they were so rude to her. If you want anything delivered remotely close to on time, (within two months of the original delivery date) find a different company. Waste of time. Waste of energy. Customer service is horrific.
