Everyone at Luxor was very welcoming, genuine, knowledgeable and offered a great selection of well maintained pre-owned vehicles. We left with a VW and feel very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend.

Salesmen were very polite, and salesmanlike, but they told me the used Toyota Prius that I was in the market for was looked over top to bottom by their mechanic and should be in great condition. I have had it for about a month and there are multiple freaking noises coming from under the hood and possibly the steering column. Had my mechanic uncle take a look at the breaks and they put of break pads that didn’t even fit the vehicle. That was yet another rattling noise we noticed. Note: none of these noises besides one small one were occurring while I took my half hour test drive.

I purchased a Hyundai for my daughter to drive to New Mexico so safety and reliability were especially important. Ahmed and his team went the extra mile for us and car is functioning really well. My daughter named it Minerva and she says she loved Minerva more each day on the road.

First, I have tried to buy a car from a car dealership and then realized it is long process. To make it happen, I had gone through experienced car dealers and no success. While arriving at the Luxor Auto sales LLC, the door is closed not for COVID-19 but of their business hour ,we phoned them and they came and provide us an affordable service to my unbeknownst. They know how to resolve conflicts between a car dealer and a customer in a professional manner. I highly recommend that business for people who intend to buy a car and make it run on the streets.
