went to the lot to look at some cars.. no one assisted so I went inside to ask for help and they pointed out at some vehicles didn’t even let me look inside them but I already had a car in mind. He then assisted me with submitted a credit check where they then said we will call you later we have your info I just need to wait on the banks… I’ve bought cars before it doesn’t take days. I sent a message the next day and no response so the following day I called and was told they’re not in but they’ll have them call me back. the next day still nothing and I’ve sent many messages… thanks for taking my information and planning to do nothing with it! do not buy from here it’s pointless

Great place to buy a there was no pressure in buying a vehicle the salespeople were very helpful they met all my needs. I didn't have a particular car in mind I told him my wants and needs for the vehicle they picked one out for me the one I chose / that they chose for me I ended up loving it and bought it on the spot. Super helpful with inside on the vehicle. Would definitely recommend friends and family to purchase a vehicle from here

Sold me a car that they said was a “mechanic special” that was given temporary fixes to some insane problems I get to deal with. Honestly never felt so screwed over by a single company in my life but there it is. Called and asked for a refund a day after leaving the lot bc the car was shutting off mid drive. These guys are absolute scum bags.

Are you guys ready for an update on Lot Fiftyone?Let’s start at the beginning, I saw the car on marketplace for $13,999 and went right after it. When they drew up the purchase contract they inflated the price to $22k and gave me a discount of 7k (no idea why). They also were supposed to give me 3K for my car.They never did so I still had the loan on my other car as of yesterday when the bank called and basically combined both loans. So now instead of 14k I’m into this truck for 17k.I almost forgot to mention that they never registered the truck, they took my money for the title transfer and registration, but didn’t complete the paperwork with the DMV. I was pulled over twice within two weeks. To date I still don’t know if they completed the transfer.Just had it checked out by my buddy Shawn Eagan over at Egan Automotive in Sun Prairie… the picture tells the tale.I’m filing a complaint with DATCP today and I’m calling my attorney.DO NOT SHOP AT Lot Fifty one

I have not purchased from here so take that with a grain of salt. However I’ve had several friends purchase from here and for them it has been life crippling mistakes. They have lied about pricing and sold vehicles with their engine codes hidden. It’s also caused friends to get pulled over by police because they never submitted the paperwork. If you look at the other reviews if it’s negative they say “we don’t think you’ve shopped here and we don’t appreciate it” well I’m telling you I haven’t shopped here directly and never will because I have seen what they have done to my friends. Take it how you will but buyer beware

This is the worst car place to go to I don't recommend the 1st week I had the car I already needed a new starter than they were blowing me up to come back there because they didn't give me the right Title and plates also after that I already put 1200 into the car and haven't even had it a year yet also I need a new transmission because the one that was in the car only lasted 100,000 miles and when I got the car it was at 95,000 miles my car was 7,000 this car was worth nomore than 1,000 DONT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET A CAR SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!
