I was looking for a small, local shop as to avoid showrooms and salespeople. I found Lee's shop through with a quick internet search. He was everything I'd hoped for and more. No pressure, super nice, answered all our questions. He even introduced us to his son and granddaughter who happened to be in the shop one of the times we were there. My partner and I ended up purchasing wedding bands from him, as well as getting a locket loop repaired. Working with him to get exactly what we wanted was an absolute pleasure.

Lee has an incredible selection of unique and beautiful designs. He also repaired a ring of sentimental value for me that looks even better than the original after completion. I highly recommend paying a visit to this store.

My Wife and I were in tough spot and Lee came through big time for us!! I had waited a little too long to get a resizing done for our upcoming wedding. I had tried a few places to see if I could get some work done on a heirloom piece. The work was tough as the ring needed to increase by more than two sizes. Lee was incredibly calm in explaining our options and had us come in right away so he could take a look. He had Felix his goldsmith take the piece and he agreed with Lee's original assessment. The work was done flawlessly and quickly. Their expertise put us at ease and to top it all off they were fun to talk to. We can't say enough good things and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks a lot Lee!!!

Recently took my engagement ring to Lee Dorn Jewelers to be resized. Lee was helpful, knowledgeable, kind and affordable. He was 90% cheaper than the other quote we received. Ring is now perfectly sized and shinier than before. So happy with my service.

the answer many of you are probably seeking: Yes, Lee resized our rings for us even when the ring/stone were not purchased from him.Lee worked with us to make a custom ring for our wedding bands, and helped us modify the design to make it fit our budget.I can't imagine I will go anywhere else from now on after having had the pleasure of buying from Lee twice now.

Lee tooks some time to get to know us, and then designed rings that are truly about us and our relationship. His service was outstanding and the results are beautiful. He has an infectious enthusiasm for what he does. Working with Lee was a pleasure and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic place. Amazing one of a kind fine jewelry pieces. Quality and so unique. Amazed and thrilled to find this place. Perfect jewelry repair. We took a family heirloom ring to be repaired. It was a perfect job and exceeded my expectations. I am in the jewelry business. This ring needed special attention… solid gold Repair of a 80 year plus ring was beyond my capabilities. Lee took extremely well care of the piece and I would highly recommend his studio to anyone needing repairs. Or looking for a unique piece of fine jewelry. The pieces were amazing.

So far I've taken 2 pieces of jewelry to Mr. Dorn, a pendant for engraving and a watch for sizing. I say so far because I will absolutely be returning for any of my jewelry needs. Mr. Dorn is like an old friend the first time you meet him, and is very knowledgeable about jewelry and gemstones. He showed me some of the pearl strands in his collection as we got to talking - he had my favorite types! The prices are more than fair for the work put in. Mr. Dorn also calls when a piece is ready, taking the guesswork out of pickups. So thrilled I found this place!

Went to Lee for an engagement ring, knowing literally nothing about diamonds or jewelry. He was extremely friendly, and explained things so well and answered so many questions I had. He worked with me to create a truly unique and beautiful piece. He ordered several diamonds of different sizes and quality (at no cost or obligation to me) and showed me each of them under magnification and explained the pros and cons of each stone.He was NEVER pushy, and always made sure I was comfortable in the direction we were heading. Since that initial visit / purchase, I have gone back for the matching wedding band, my wedding band, and also a third band. Each time I go back, he has remembered me, and has always delivered beautiful work well beyond my expectations.His attention to detail, customer service, and knowledge make it an easy decision to keep going back to him for any and all jewelry related needs I have. I will never even think about going anywhere else.

The five-star reviews are true, Lee is an absolute delight. I needed to have several pieces of jewelry repaired and though my items were not nearly as fine as the jewelry he offers, Lee thoughtfully and patiently evaluated each item on the spot. I felt like the price of the repairs were a great value and I look forward to working with Lee in the future (hopefully for some new jewelry!). His shop is quiet and peaceful, and he has an excellent selection of tasteful and sophisticated pieces ranging from gems and special-occasion jewelry to stylish and timeless everyday metals. I'm glad to have discovered this great local business!

We’ve had a couple custom items worked on by Lee and they have been nothing short of spectacular both times. Could not recommend him enough. It was a great experience. He asked all the right questions to make his sketch the true formation of the image in my head. Perfect.

Lee Dorn was the best experience I've ever had with a jeweler! I called many places, (Zales, Kay, Middleton Jeweler) and none would even take measurements of my ring because we hadn't purchased it there. They essentially hung up on me right after. What a way to instantly lose a customer forever. Lee (I'm guessing) answered the phone and once I explained my situation, told me to come in whenever I could. He measured my ring for me, and was SO friendly and helpful the entire time. After this experience, I will literally never go to a jeweler other than him! 6/5 stars!
