I want to thank Erin at the cash register for taking the time to provide me with handwritten driving instructions, as I was lost and my cell phone GPS was malfunctioning. There are not many people at gas stations these days that are so kind!

I locked my keys in my car and one of the employees spent half an hour with me getting it unlocked. I can't recommend this location enough. Saved me the time and money of calling roadside and was far more help than I would ever have expected.

This location seldom has any hot items stocked, often has out of order signs on drink machines and trash cans overflowing outside. The “rewards” cards aren’t accepted in the car wash and you can use the car vaccuum only if you happen to have 4 quarters in change. It’s only 2024 - they don’t need a machine that takes credit cards. Been to other Kwik Trips in Wisconsin that don’t have these problems. Disappointing.

Paid for a sandwhich that should’ve been free because the guy working the counter started talking to the customer behind me before I was finished with my transaction was not asked for kwik rewards and barely acknowledged as a person thanks for that kwik trip

I asked one of the cashiers for gasoline and he made me go to the cash register three times because the station was not working and until he decided to activate it and register it at the cash register, this is the second time that this has happened to me and I know how the Bomb, I think it's a little racist. I don't know if he wanted to keep the money, but it's very annoying. They should pay more attention to their employees. Terrible attention.

Just another Kwik Trip playing bait-and-switch by refusing to make the hot food on special. They also refuse to offer advertised discounts unless you remind them at the register. Just try to buy a Cold Brew right now (supposed to be $1 off) and you’ll see what I mean.

I just stopped by this location for a Glazer Strawberry Freshmade machine smoothie. There was brown gunk when I removed the cup from the machine. I told the lady working (about 60 yrs old, curly hair) and she was completely rude to me. She said “well what did you order? Well that’s what it is” and stormed off, completely dismissing me. I’ve been drinking these for months and it was not right. Not to mention, the station/counter next to the machine was DISGUSTING. When I approached her again I suggested she address the problem as the next customer might not be as nice as I was. She proceeded to kick me out of the store. Pull the cameras. This lady shouldn’t have a job here.

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this specific kwik trip yet, because I always have an absolutely stellar experience here! This kwik trip is way out of my way, I pass 4 KTs to get here, but it's always worth the time. Their hot spot is almost always stocked unless they were recently raided (very popular KT!) huge coffee area, lots of space, and a good snack, drinks and general goods selection compared to other KTs near me. Above all the employees are incredible. I wish I knew the name of the girl who works In the kitchen who helped me today, because she is always so kind. I come in some Saturdays very late in the morning, sometimes early afternoon absolutely needing a breakfast sandwich. This KT is so kind and FAST when I ask if they can make me a sandwich. One of the only KTs I have no problem asking if they can make something for me. I never mind the wait or the drive, I love coming to this KT!

This place has everything any traveler could want! Lots of spaces to get gas, food and drink of all kinds, necessities- even gifts! Place is clean, despite a snowstorm in the night. Only complaint is that the hand drying machine in the bathroom runs for about 10 seconds. Then a longer wait until you can try again. Overall, a great stop.

Most of the people here are really nice.. most. Beware the older heavyset white female that makes food at this location. How you're treated by her will depend entirely on who you are. I approached the hot food containers, we made eye contact, not a word was uttered. Some guy (maybe she knew him?) did the same and she cheerfully made small talk, then informed him that she's happy to make anything there's tags for if he wanted something made that wasn't available - she's in the kitchen so it's really no hassle at all. She turned to walk away, and I asked her if she could make something for me. You could hear the exasperated sigh in her short and curt response. Really disappointing interaction. Everyone should be treated the same.
