Went in to buy some cigars and the manager was so rude. I tried to tell him they were to the right and he got real rude real quick and I was just trying to help. Not bad enough you have the most expensive tobacco products your going to be rude too. I will got to speedway from now on

Really like this store for the convenience and the ease of getting in and out of. However, as of late it seems to be a hang out for panhandlers.

Pumps don’t work. Same with the one across the street. Every quik trip I’ve been to has had one absolutely bogus machine with no buttons that doesn’t seem to work. I thought I was going to pull part of my car out trying to remove the fuel dispenser.

Last week sometime my partner lost her phone. We went into kwik trip then went on the side of building. After about ten mins we left and almost made it home, when my partner realized she didn't have her phone. I called kwik trip and asked the lady ( Leigh) if she could go outside to look for the phone, she was very sweet and understanding and looked.i would give her more stars if I could!!! ( we did find the phone! )

Kenneth is the only employee here who seems to care about the Customer experience.Professional and courteous and rotating stockLadies at this location today... I don't care about what you did this weekend or what you're go on a do next weekend. The loudest people in the store should not be employees telling through the aisles having personal conversations that should not be had while at work

I go here right after they open at 5:00 am.. half asleep mostly! Their donuts are freshly stocked. No one has taken any out of the case yet when I arrive which makes my day! In addition to donuts in the case, there are boxes and boxes of fresh donuts and a variety of other snacks right before you checkout, in the back by the drink coolers, pretty much everywhere! So I don’t know what time the guy who said “there’s no donuts” gets there-he on must go right before they close for the night? I always get my fresh ones first thing in the morning and they replenish what they can freshly made throughout the day! I never had an issue. I won’t go to any other place for my Red Bulls & donuts! They even put a 12er of diet Dr Pepper in the cooler I believe just for me, instead of bringing home a warm one. Love y’all!A happy customer time & time again!

I feel pretty unsatisfied with my time spent at both this store and the one across the street. Numerous times I've gone in with the intention to get a quick snack, drink or bite to eat and am greeted with a dismal selection of food & drink. There's hardly ever donuts, numerous cold case drinks are left out of stock for days, and hot spot items are incredibly sparse. I'll walk out without purchasing anything if there's nothing I want, and I'm not necessarily picky.Kwik Trip as a whole has treated me exceedingly well as a customer during my time, but I'm continually left unsatisfied by my visits to both these proximal locations. My residence is closest to these stores, but I'll be visiting the more consistent Monona location from now on.

I just wanted to shout out one of the cashiers from this kwik trip. I'm so sorry that I forgot your name but I appreciate how much you helped me today.I took a walk wanting a refresher and stopped at this store... little did I remember, I didnt bring my wallet. Your blonde hair cashier helped me navigate my phone to set up pay from my phone! With everything going on in this world, little amount of people are willing to take their time out of their day to help others. She was very nice and calm and super patient with me.
