The perfume smell as you walk in is nauseating. Prices are way too high, except for clearance stuff. The only reason I go is because of the Amazon return location, and then I only shop because of the 15% off coupon I get for Amazon returns.

Took forever to make a return. It's not the employees fault. They did everything they could. The Kohl's computer system for returns needs improvement.
