Beautiful glass, pleasent staff. Came in today and grabbed a super nice water pipe at a great price for the holidays, and was allowed to spin a wheel for a gift. Was awarded a mystery prize which was a phenomenal cleaning kit for said water pipe. Easily 30 bucks. We were already in the market for one. Anyways. Thank you all! Have a great 4/20!
Ignore the review ahead of mine calling the staff rude by Carlee. Whoever she is, she should remove said stick from said place.

Workers are always very knowledgeable and friendly with punch cards punched for every 10 dollars spent offers 25 percent off are a great benefit. Selection of vape devices, legal THC, pipes and other products are always bountiful.

bro every time I come here, I feel at home. surrounded by bongs, papers, vapes, carts, eddies, trays, cigs, I feel happy. staff is cool af too, always chill, sometimes anxious, but it's okay bc after you smile at them and give 'em a giggle they open right up and smile back. they are all hot too- they have the best style and haircuts and cute glasses, and they are so smart and knowledgeable-- ask anyone to explain that back case to you, what different brands of carts will do, what the highs are like, what the different strains do- they got you babes. they got your back. they're also honest abt the products too and give you genuine good advice abt what is good- even if it isn't the most expensive thing. they sell everything for a reasonable price and always have some kinda sale going on- personally I have a full loyalty card every time I go in- which gets me a good chunk off my next perchase. they also have the cutest batteries for your carts!!!! all sorts of colors, but my favorite is the battery that is shaped like a bear. They come in pink and purple and also a new tiedye color- I wish that one existed when I bought my pink one! Also they have fish. and discounts- and if you bring in your dead vapes and carts and you can recycling them there for a free punch on your loyalty card- which gives you a hella discount. Anyways I love them they are my ride or die smoke shop xoxo I love getting high

I think knuckleheads is a rare gem. I remember going back there when i was a teen for shirts and skateboards. i bought the cigar for when i graduated from their humidor. even with the changes over time, this business has and always will be a madison classic. even when i go in these days the staff go above and beyond, the managers are so freaking nice, and what ever you need is right there. theres a reason they took over pipefitter. sorry chumps but they are better.

Don't buy any vape here. I bought one the other day, but it was totally broken when I first used it and they said they cannot refund me due to a stupid policy that they made.

Absolutely awful place. It was so much better when it was ‘high above state street’. The staff (two younger men) are incredibly rude and will yell at you. The are of no help if you have questions and will judge you the whole time you’re there. I’ll definitely stick to the other shops in Madison as this place has gone down the drain due to the awful people there.

This place is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. I bought a NORD 4 (80W) KIT and was accidentally given the incorrect nord coils. I called back the following day and Sasha not only was in credibly personable, but very very knowledgeable. I didn't even finish explaining the problem and she already knew what it was. I got and Uber there and called to let her know I was on my way. No joke, she solved to the issue within 3 minutes. She is most definitely management/owner material if she isn't already in that position. If you ever have an issue here, ask for Sasha! Thanks again!
