This business is online only. The retail space is closed. And the address is wrong. A sign on 634 Grand Canyon Dr. says see the website.

I have bought from KnitCircus twice, once in store and once online. Both experiences were great! When I bought in store, I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. Not all yarn stores are like that, so I was really happy about it. The second time I ordered online, and my order shipped promptly and arrived quickly.The yarn itself is beautiful! I bought gradient skeins both times. It is on the expensive side, so it's not an everyday workhorse yarn for me. But I don't think the prices are really out of line from other hand made yarns, especially for gradient colorways that are more time consuming to dye. For me, it's like a wonderful treat to use on special projects. Like going out for a nice dinner, but longer lasting.

I started buying yarns from KnitCircus around May 2020. I've had nothing but positive interactions with everyone. Their packages are always well packed, the surprises with the mystery boxes are lovely and of course their actual yarn is gorgeous. I'm SO EXCITED to visit in-person once they can open their doors to the public.

A high quality yarn store with employees that care about what you are crafting and will help you find the perfect yarn for your project. Not on the shelf? They'll make it and ship it to you!I enjoy going in for the trunk shows! Seeing other small businesses being supported by other small businesses warms my heart.I love smooshing all the pretty colors of yarn!

I had a problem. I needed yarn but didn't know what kind or the exact color AND I was quarantining! I called KnitCircus which was about 1000 miles from my phone & they spent time listening & describing the colors. I got my package in record time & the yarn was exactly what I wanted. This is my Local Yarn Store where customer service is excellent. I now consider the owner and employees as friends. On top of that, the yarn is EXQUISITE! They also carry lots of fun trunk shows from indie dyers and other brands of yarn such as Malabrigo, Blue Sky, etc. Definitely make this a destination when visiting Madison and if you live in the area and haven't been yet, you are missing out!

Every time I order from KnitCircus I say, “Ok, enough! I don’t need another skein of yarn in this house!” I can’t help myself, though. They have most beautiful color ways and I love making perfectly matched socks. There are so many choices with KnitCircus, and all of them great!
