Terrible. They ruined a $1000 suit by clearly incorrectly pressing it. I would absolutely NEVER recommend coming here, it was my great mistake trusting good reviews. It's simply a revolving door of uneducated and careless staff.
Do yourself a favor and keep your quality materials as far from this place as possible.

I left my 180 dollar parka with them to clean on Tuesday and when I got back on Wednesday I noticed one of my buttons on the coattail had been completely ripped off. They did do a repair on it, however the quality of the repair is subpar at best. I can't even replace this item as it's sold out now. I would have expected an apology at the minimum but never received that or any sort of compensation besides them doing the repair. I'm sorry, but you guys lost me as a customer

First time, suit coat with specific tiny spot to be removed. picked up & was still there. Shirts were to be folded, were hung & full of black fuzz. Nothing that I specifically asked for was done. Terrible service.

Kept it simple. Just dress shirts. EZ drop off. I liked the text notice when done. Pick up EZ. Reasonable price. Just the standard no frills no special service cleaner.

I dropped off 16 items for dry cleaning. Price transparency was an issue. Although to be fair, I did not ask for the price either. I went in with the expectation of "hey it's dry cleaning, how expensive can it be?" Well, I found out the hard way. They charged me almost 14 dollars per white dress shirt, and a penny short of 9 dollars per t-shirt and pant. The outcome was great; however, is it really worth the cost? I have to say, NO!

Klinke Cleaners is deceptive about their high prices. I dropped off clothes for dry cleaning and the clerk handed me a receipt without a price on it, telling me that she could not print the price in advance, but verbally told me that it would be $9.99 to dry clean each suit. When I picked up the suits the same clerk said the price was actually double what she previously said and she would not honor what she had previously told me the price was. The quality of the cleaning was not not particularly good. On the plus side, cleaning was very fast - next day pickup available.
