Kitchen and Bath Solutions (KBS) recently completed a renovation to our kitchen. We wanted to find a business that would take care of all phases of the demolition and install including the plumbing.
After discussing these options with three different businesses we selected KBS.
We are extremely pleased with the results. Jenny was so helpful, helping us choose the beautiful quartz countertop, the ceramic tile backsplash, the proper grout color and the faucet and the sink.
The demolition of the existing was done in a timely manner. The plumber was there at the right time for each step of his work.
As soon as the demo was complete KBS created the template for the new countertop. In a very timely manner, the new countertop, ceramic backsplash, sink and faucet were installed. There were no delays in the process at all.
All of the people KBS contracted with were very good and very thorough. They paid attention to the details. Alberto even stopped by to see the finished results.
We are extremely happy with our renovation! Check KBS out. We highly recommend them!

I can highly recommend, without reserve, KBS Kitchen and BathSolutions to anyone looking for old world craftsmanship, quality, fairpricing, and excellent customer service.We began working with another-BIG NAME-company in November of2020 on a redesign of a small kitchen. We had plans to scale to workwith from a friend who is an architect. The house we were planning tomove into, once the renovations were done, is just under 100 years old.We knew that even with our friend’s plans there would need to be someadjustments made for the project to progress.From November 2020 to March 2021 I reached out to the Big Namedesign team. They said they understood what we were looking for andwould work up a design and quote. I reached out to them. They nevercalled me. Finally in March I told them I was going to make a decisionbased on information from the 2 other companies I worked with andtheir team. If they had anything to present me, send it within a week.The design consultant emailed me that she was going on vacation butwould try to get something out to me. She send me a mock up ofsomeone else’ kitchen. It had nothing to do with anything we had talkedabout.My husband and I went that day to KBS and worked with Nicole. Within3 days she had plans for us to look at and came with some teammembers to the house to measure and consult.By April we were under contract. In May we picked out ourcountertops. By June we were practically done. In July we moved in.How did it go? Wow. These people work so hard. They show up. Theydo the job. When they have a concern they consult you. They workahead of schedule. They did more than we ask for, going above andbeyond expectations. Michael and Danny were top-notch carpenters.The drywallers were quick and expert with these old walls. Theplumber was a no nonsense get it done and get it right kind of guy. Theelectrician was always thinking and trying to make everything he diduser friendly. The Floor Refinisher should be in my will. He wasamazing to work with. He really was so good at working with the entirehouse of old wood floors and brought them back to life. I have savedone exceptional individual for last. Devin Daniel, cabinetmaker, is agenius and an artist. He really is something of a shock. He is wise andtalented. He listened and came up with designs and solutions that wedid not even know we needed.Alberto and Nicole make an excellent team. They knew the crew andthe talents that they were sending us. They are responsible foreverything going so well. They were always available and wereconstantly checking in to see how things were going. Alberto was greatat communicating when we were not sure of what was happening. Hewas thoughtful, a good listener, and very responsive. He never oncemade us uncomfortable with our decisions or choices. He was verygood at letting us know options, pros and cons. He was available byphone if he couldn’t come to the site. Weekends were no exception.The team always cleaned up after themselves and was very considerateof our neighbors as well.Hire KBS and you will see what it means to work with real professionals.Would I recommend them, I already have. Three different householdshave had or now are having KBS do projects at their houses. They allhave reported to me the same kind of experience we had.We just metthem to begin another project. Looking forward to it.

If you are expecting good customer service from this company, you will be very disappointed. Be it phone calls or text messages or even in store visits, there is no response. A great team of men installed quartz countertops but that's all I can give a good post for. Communication is a barrier. Good luck.

We are very pleased with our Master Bath remodel ! Alberto and Elizabeth were very easy to work with. The work was done on time and was quality workmanship! The team was very respectful of our home and cleaned up when they finished every day. We had a couple of estimates on our job and Kitchen and Bath we very competitive. I would recommend this business for everyone!

We recently had Alberto and his team at Kitchen and Bath Solutions remodel our kitchen, powder room and dinning room. We took out a half wall, changed the footprint completely, laid new hard wood flooring, all mew cabinets, lighting, and appliances. The entire project from start to finish was done in under a month!! Alberto kept things moving and on schedule-he even drove to Chicago to pick up our cabinets himself in order to stick to the desired time frame.

We are VERY VERY happy with the job done by Kitchen and Bath Solutions! They worked with me and helped me to achieve the look that I wanted. Everyone that worked in our home was respectful and did a fantastic job. Working with Alberto and Elizabeth was a pleasure!! The cost of this remodel was very competitive with other like businesses in this area.

I decided to update my kitchen. I went with Kitchen and Bath Solutions. I highly recommend them. They are very responsive and did a great job. The workers were all mindful and respectful of our space. The accommodated my last minute design change and still did the job in time.

KBS recently finished my basement and it turned out great! Alberto and Elizabeth were awesome to work with. I had gotten quotes from 6 different contractors before choosing KBS. They offered the best materials and finishes and I was able to visit their showroom to pick out the carpet, tiles, shower door, faucets etc. The work was completed on time. I’ve had close family visit me recently and they were all amazed at how good the basement looked. I highly recommend KBS.

Messages were replied to in a few minutes. Places where the granite had chipped or where pieces were coming apart are now in great condition and you don't even notice.

This is a long review so I apologize in advance. At the end of 2019, I had Alberto with KBS, come to my house to give me an estimate for replacing kitchen cabinets and a new counter top. The plan was to get cabinets though Home Depot and have KBS install and do the countertops. We went to KBS to pick out the counter top when Alberto gave us another option, to use their 'in-house' brands. This price was better than Home Depot and we were reassured this would be a better result because they would be able to control all aspects of the project. Because of their being able to schedule everything out the said the project would be no more than 10-14 days total, from demo to finished product. The project was to begin on January 7th. The last piece of the kitchen was just installed on Wednesday May 6th. There were some extenuating circumstances with COVID, I get that, but this should have been finished long before the pandemic slowed things down.Our project was delayed from the beginning. Originally pushed 2 weeks because cabinets were to arrive late and when thy did come, they were significantly damaged. We had to return nearly every upper cabinet, which then had to be reshipped, freight, from the company (Fabuwood) in new York/New Jersey. We aren't talking minor damage, we are talking cracked cabinets, doors and significantly chipped and dented paint. I give KBS credit for reordering the damaged pieces they did that, but from this point forward, we had random packages coming, pieces not showing up at all, and any anytime a delivery needed to be made, someone had to be home to take delivery. This necessitated me working from home for at least an extra week, in addition to what I had scheduled for the project. This all could have been avoided had KBS taken delivery and made sure they had everything they needed prior to the project even starting. I understand that some of delivery issues may have been out of their control, but their inability to reorder the correct parts, make sure that they had the right pieces, double and triple check what was ordered and delivered created such a large headache for us that lasted months. We were living in a partially functional kitchen for over 4 months.Mike, the carpenter who was subbed out to do the install of cabinets and finish work, was excellent to work with. He came over many times to install what he could, usually only an hour or two at a time, due to the parts that had been delivered. His finish work was excellent and I really appreciated he and his crew's time and effort as I know this project was a pain for them as well. KBS did give us a $500 discount for the trouble we encountered, but I can confidently say we would not go through this again, with or without the discount. I wish we had stuck to our original plan of getting the cabinets elsewhere or gone with a different company completely as we had competing bids when organizing the project to begin with. Beautiful end result, but not worth the headache we faced to get there.

Our project was for a bathroom remodel and we got everything we wanted. Even more, I was surprised and so pleased by how easy Alberto made everything for us when it could have been so hard. Unlike our work with other contractors, this team is truly present, detailed and manages projects very well. We had a lot of glass tiling done and the quality and craftsmanship is excellent! The end result is stunning. We found so many materials we liked along the way that we are looking forward to coming back for our next project. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with our new tub and shower. The tile work was excellent. Mayerlin, our Sales Consultant was extremely helpful and always would get back to us very promptly.
