The staff at this location was both a very polite, and incredibly helpful. I do not live in this area, but was here for work and popped in because I saw the -sale- sign outside. I was greeted at the door and told about the sale by a lovely young woman, and after looking around and scoping out their Halloween decor, but not finding the piece I had seen at my local Kirklands (before the sale), I approached the gentleman behind the counter. I had taken photos, so he looked it up and it did not look like they were going to be getting it anytime soon. He informed me that the sale was chainwide, and not just this location, and then offered to call the store I had seen the item at and have them hold it for me.
Above and beyond! Customer service really does make a difference, and that gentleman made my day!
