The employees here were super snobby. I got a necklace and after leaving the store I decided it wasn’t the right one for me. I went back to return it and they told me normally they only do store credit but they’ll refund me today. They acted super inconvenienced to do so, like they were doing me a huge favor. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I just said would like to return it I would’ve been fine with store credit. Maybe don’t break your company’s return policy to “accommodate” a costumer if you can’t do that without acting visibly annoyed. Maybe inform people of your return policy upon purchase? I work in retail, and stating the return policy is pretty standard especially when it’s only store credit, you’d think that’s something worth mentioning. They were just super bitter and rude throughout the entire interaction. And they were both managers. Luckily, I bought a nice chain from a lovely sales associate next door at Macy’s.

Really disappointing time at this location today, despite previous good shopping experiences. I won a Color Bar Party (through a raffle) and it was not at all what I was informed of originally. My guests and I arrived a little late due to traffic (we came all the way from Chicago) and the events manager sent me a rude-toned email asking if we were even showing up (despite the fact that I called to let them know we were running late). I also did not get my free Color Bar item, which was mentioned in the initial email. Though we were given drinks, there were no snacks provided and it basically felt like a regular shopping experience. I've bought a few pieces from this location before, but think I will skip it in the future for a location closer to me with better customer service and a nicer events manager. The one good thing about this location is that the other employees are nice, especially the lady who was working the cash register today (I believe her name was Mary).

I had the most amazing experience with Kayle Romano at the Hilldale location in Madison, WI. Kayle gifted me this necklace which represents the month of October which is the month that my husband passed away unexpectedly. It was my daughter's Prom this past weekend and she was able to have a part of him with her on this special day. Thank you so much Kayle and Kendra Scott.

I came into the Hilldale Store during a complete moment of grief because I was there to buy a memorial necklace for a friend. My experience was outstanding, Angie and the rest of the team went out of their way to help me piece it together in a kind and loving matter. Although it was a moment in grief, they truly care about their customers and made it an unforgettable experience! Thanks so much to the team and I am forever grateful

Staff are prioritizing safety during these times and you are still able to shop at the location and try items on. The staff has always been friendly, however I'd like to recognize Kelly for above and beyond when helping customers. She gives me suggestions on products and colors, she also knows more of what I have purchased than myself. If I've ever had an issue with a product Kelly insists I bring it in and we figure it out together whether it is an exchange for the same item or another. It is nice to still have outstanding shopping experiences at Kendra Scott with masks and all. Thank you to the Hilldale Kendra team for everything you do.

I recently called ahead for a pickup order and wanted to make sure they had what I wanted in stock before I came in. Knew exactly what I wanted as have been a long time KS fan. Boy what a difference. Rude rude rude. Put on hold and then when I was finally "dealt" with you'd have thought I was asking for the world just to confirm they had it when I was wanting to purchase over the phone. Kelly - you have turned me away from KS! I can order online easier but was trying to keep the same local. Condescending is not one of Kendra's pillars is it????

I’d like to give a shout out to Kelly and everyone else who works here. I love Kendra jewelry but the experience is even better when there’s a friendly staff to ready to help. Thank you for going around the store and looking for two necklaces that I did not buy when I went in person. I was able to buy them over the phone and both necklaces arrived very quickly. You guys are awesome!

I love their pieces! Their employees always provide excellent service and are very accommodating as soon as you walk in. Their store policies are also great, which I came to realize when one of my bracelets recently broke. I went in to inquire about options for getting it fixed and was pleasantly surprised to be given a free replacement!
