Zach is very very rude each and every time we’re in this store. If u are black stay away from this store there is no reason for a person to be in customer service and act as rude as Zach every time we go in at first we thought he was having a bad day but he clearly shows racism all the time I posted a picture so u can see him!! Now I can see why this store only have three stars your employees supposed to represent your store get rid of employees who don’t show great customer service.put Zachary in the cooler and not show his ugly face to your customers no one wants to deal with a rude person EVERY TIME THEy’RE IN YOUR STORE

The car wash used to be a good one. Recently new equipment was installed and now it is terrible. I tried it a few days after the new equipment was in. Car came out dirty in spots, not rinsed, and actually it looked worse than before I spent my money. Today I decided to give it another try. . .maybe the settings would be tweaked by now. NO! Results were the same. Dirty spots that are not clean, soap that is still on the car, the back of my suv looked like it had not been through the car wash. I won't be going back, which is too bad because it's handy to where I live. I would advise others to be very careful when using this location.

The car wash at the Junction Kelly's Market is garbage. This used to be my go to place to get my car washed but they have redone it and it sucks. I paid $9 for a 2 minute car wash and my car is still dusty, the windows are still dirty and when I was using the dryer I watched as soap suds rolled down my vehicle. The only thing that worked correctly (or so I assume, because the dirt is actually gone) was the undercarriage spray at the beginning. I am super disappointed. Avoid, unless you want to waste your money.

Went for a car wash, paid for the most expensive one and the car came out just as dirty as when it went in. Went inside to ask for a complimentary wash to try again and was told they don’t stand by the quality of the wash and to repurchase if I want another wash.This is why I go to Kwik Trip, they take care of their customers and stand by their car washes.

I wanted to buy some beers and hard seltzer but the employee named Alex didn't want to sell it to me because I didn't have a scannable ID, I am here with a work permit and have a mexican ID I have been to that location more than 20 time because I work and live nearby, he took away the alcohol very agresivly and left, I think no one likes to be trated that way, that is discrimination and I am very disappointed in this employee.

There is a long haired guy that works morning/mid-afternoon that makes me very uncomfortable. Last time I was there the cashier I'm mentioning kept going on and on about how his "taters were getting mashed" over and over again, holding up a line of several people behind me. I actively avoid the store whenever he is working now.

Went in for two Gatorades and a sandwich for lunch. I picked out a chicken sandwich took two bites to find out they chicken wasnt even cooked.

This people are disrespectful and extremely bad costumer service ... no hi no bye they shake the head anytime you ask question to them.. Especially there is a girl (white) who is the rudest person i have ever had to deal i mean EVER Never ever stop there anymore ..

I went in to get some change for a $20 around 8am and instead of it being a quick interaction with the clerk, he was extremely rude about me trying to get change. First shaking his head no, then with a straight face saying he wouldn’t do it (without giving me a reason). Finally I asked him if I had to make a purchase to get change and again he wouldn’t give me change. I ended up leaving and went to a Kwik Trip, they had no issue giving me change for a $20. Done going to this gas station. Blame the old rude clerk!!!!!!!!!

I always stop after work for gas when i need to along with random days for bathroom break for my lil one...and the staff are always curtious and helpful. Not to mention the bathrooms are always looking and smelling clean . Not many gas stations can brag on clean bathrooms...today, 8/26 around 1pm the sweet lady at the counter helped out my 5 year old when she asked where the spoons are...(she needed one for her ice cream dots in the car) ...they bith were adorable
