On October 3,2022 I had to take my **** truck F-150 2018 into ************************* in *******, ********* for a factory malfunction on my truck which should have been completely free service, plus I have full warranty on my vehicle. For a loaner they gave me the same gray **** truck F-150 2022 with a little over 300 miles on it. After driving it for 10 miles, I felt in love with it and wanted I it. I have heard how there is a shortage on use vehicle and dealerships are doing even swap for new vehicle, so I contacted a salesman at ********************* and asked him if they would be willing to do a even swap with car payments now for **** F-150 2018 for the new truck and he said, \

The price was right. The dealership was friendly and responsive. Tim on the sales staff and Denny in service addressed two minor repairs that were needed, and Tim is having a second key set made for us. Overall, trading in our car for a newer used one was quick and painless.

Be cautious! Went to go look at a BMW priced at a no haggle price of $16,000. The vehicle had oversized tires that rubbed making the vehicle almost in operable at full turn, the car was also tuned and the tune was unknown so they didn't even know if it was tuned for a specific gas type like 93 octane and couldn't put the car back to stock, and the vehicle also smelled of oil. After explaining all this we were told that the vehicle is as is and they would not budge on price. I highly RECOMMEND a pre purchase inspection elsewhere on all their cars before buying. Hopefully someone else doesn't get taken advantage of on this car!

I recently helped my daughter select a used car at Kayser and I can't say enough about the incredible service we received. Ed Riel was incredible! He updated us on inventory options, worked around our schedules, answered all of our questions and made the process painless. We weren't buying a $80,000 vehicle but were treated as if we were his top priority. I would highly recommend contacting Ed if you are looking for a used vehicle!

Dennis was incredibly helpful and efficient with the purchase of my used jeep. Andrew for the win! What a great person to work with and getting you what you want! Very personable and down to earth. I bought 3, yes 3 cars in the last few months, first one got totalled, second one was a mistake (on my part), abs the 3rd one has everything I ever wanted (and my list was extensive!). Andrew and Joe worked on getting me out of 'my mistake car' and got me into the vehicle that I actually wanted! Fran was really friendly too, can't forget about the finance person lol.Don't make a mistake ask for Andrew!
