I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This store needs some help. The shelves are nearing empty in some sections from lack of restocking, there is so much inventory blocking different parts of the fabric area that it's hard to look for what you want. Also, the floor is disgusting. I know there's a lot of dirty snow and slush outside, but I went shopping in the morning and the floor was gross. Super dirty and clearly not cleaned.

This store looked like an absolute ghost town. Poorly stocked in many aisles. Definitely would drive to a different location if given the choice.

Saw another persons review of how little the pay here that’s terrible!! I went here and requested they update their inventory for a yarn they have the spot for and the lady told me they can not do that! Now I have to pay $10 shipping because they can’t update their inventory which I let her know I’ve checked back and they have been out of the certain color for weeks!! I’m sure they’re still out of it as there is no option for pickup. Really wack they wouldn’t update their inventory when they haven’t noticed but I did.Update: I picked up my order here and asked to talk to the manager since I was calling all morning and no one came out. One of the girls asked the manager if she was fine to come out, I didn’t think anything of this at the time. The manager ended up coming out with a mask and backed up from me, she said I should back up I have covid. I was so upset, my mom and I have asthma and my moms is severe. We have been so lucky to not got covid at all and I couldn’t believe the store manager was fine with coming out and exposing a customer to covid. I told her she shouldn’t be at work and she explained they would have to close and I’m like well that’s what should happen don’t put people at risk so many people have autoimmune disorders. I’m never going back to Joann’s.

I was looking for an obscure replacement bobbin for a 1966 Singer sewing machine. I called Joann Fabrics on Zeir Rd and spoke with Acosia (hope I have correct spelling). She spent some time checking their inventory. Then got back on the phone and told me they have some that may work but I should bring in my bobbin to be sure. Then she also found phone numbers for two local sewing businesses that she thought might be able to help! Wow, amazing customer service, Acosia! Joann Fabrics is lucky to have you!

It's been about a year since I visited this store and I was appalled! What happened?? The floors along the shelves were covered in filth, the bathroom was indescribable and the shelves were bare. The gentleman checking me out stated they can't get employees because of the low pay and the store is suffering. Will no longer shop at this location.
