Worst place you can take your car. My car has been there since April and it is now mid October. This is the third time that it’s been back with issues from the paint job and leaving the bumper hanging off. They leave your car dirty from the inside and outside when they return it to you. I had to go get it detailed the first time I picked it up from them and I’m thinking I might have to again when they return it who knows when. They never give updates about how the process is going. I regret ever bringing my car here. They also crashed my car while it was in their shop. My parents also brought both of their cars here and their experience isn’t any better than mine.

I recently had my car repaired at StormWise Auto Hail Repair, and I must say, the service was outstanding! The entire process was smooth and professional, and the team clearly takes pride in their work. My car looks as good as new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Was recommended to go here from my car dealership, and I’m not disappointed! Everyone who works here is so nice and willing to answer any of my silly questions. They’ve done a great job with my car, you can tell they take good care of your car while it’s in their care. I had a friend go to a different shop and her car came back with oil stains all over the interior. I get my car back from Stormwise and not only is it (obviously) free from oil stains, but cleaner than when I original gave it to them! 10/10 will be back if I ever need future repairs (hopefully not anytime soon though)!

Storm wise saved me from a stressful situation with a previous auto body shop, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Communication was consistent, all of the employees in interacted with were so kind, and my estimator Zerek advocated for my vehicle and myself extremely well. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I’m very pleased that my car is back in driving condition!
My only negative feedback will go towards whoever cleaned my car when we went to pick it up. The windshields were so streaky that I couldn’t drive towards the sun or else I couldn’t see. There was also some weird splatters on my window that I assume are from another cleaning product. Otherwise, my experience was great!

Great service after hail wrecked my 2022 VW ID4. They were communicative and helpful from beginning to end. And covering the deductible was definitely nice!!

We have a Tesla Y with ceramic coat that needed to be repaired from hail damage and after being denied by several other repair places we came across with STORMWISE on Facebook, after filling a quick form a customer service representative contacted us helping with the intake process, making an appointment for the next day at their southwest location. Once the car was in they did all the diligence to contact the insurance company and Sasha communicated with us almost daily. The result was amazing! Very happy! I absolutely recommend this body shop.

They did an excellent job fixing my car. They are very responsive whether by text, email, or phone. All the front desk staff is friendly, and they provide daily updates.
I would highly recommend them for their quality work and excellent customer service. Just schedule your repair when their schedule is less busy.

I highly recommend Stormwise! They took care of all of the fuss with my insurance and it was a worry-free process. So glad that I locked in an amazing promotional deal and StormWise took care of my deductible. Excellent work and service.

I had a good experience here! The Stormwise folks worked with me to expedite my repair to get us our car back before a wedding we had to travel to, and worked directly with insurance so I didn’t have to deal with that. I would use them again!

This team is legitimately one of the best companies I have dealt with. They handled all of the insurance work, as well as accommodated my unique situation. Sasha my coordinator stayed in constant contact all throughout the process via text and call if I needed, but really appreciated text as it was convenient for me. They pretty much replaced all the exterior of my car and it looked showroom ready when I picked it up. I was skeptical on paint since I have yet to see a company get it perfectly back to the original, but this team did an amazing job. I didn’t use their car rental and my deductible was over their $1000 coverage so they worked with me and gave me a $200 rebate as well as $1000 of my deductible once all the work was complete. I was pretty shocked when they called me to give me the rebate via Zelle the same day, as I was expecting some long form to mail in through snail mail and a 6-8 week wait. Overall can’t recommend these guys enough.

Amazing experience here. I didn’t know if I wanted to get my hail damage repaired because i thought it would be a huge pain but it ended up being no cost and I didn’t have to lift a finger - StormWise took care of everything. Super nice people too.

Don't use. These people will overbill and scam your insurance company, you risk getting your policy canceled as well as massive rate hikes. Their current promotion is to offer $200 for using them with your insurance. They make this stipulation so that they can overbill your insurance company. Then they cut you in on their scam.

Took my truck in and worked with Zerek. Assuming they were going to have to replace the roof and hood, and that it would take approximately three weeks to complete, I was totally fine with that. I was ecstatic to know they were able to save the original roof and hood, and got EVERY last dent out! Highly recommend this place, service was wonderful, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they delivered beyond my expectations.

They do low quality work and have terrible communication skills. I was told it would be done by a certain day and two weeks later it was finally “finished”. They stated that they don’t compromise on quality and yet when I went to pick it up after there “quality check “ . I found plenty of things not done correctly. Let alone the paint has a ton of orange peel. I do not recommend it. I suggest you guys bite the bullet and pay the deductible and it get done at a reputable shop,not here. This place definitely over promises and under delivers.

Zerek was an amazing hail damage coordinator. Timely updates and very kind. I recommend Zerek and only Zerek if you choose Stormwise. My 2018 Dodge Challenger was flawless when I picked her up!
