Absolutely awesome staff!!! I go in there at least once every week-2 weeks! They def know me by now ??? they are so kind to me and my kids when we come in. They even gave her Oreos one time ???

Larger than the east side location, it is always enjoyable to peruse the shelves and find a few more things than you initially came in for. Location is accessible, with disabled parking and a ramp once you enter the building.It is clean, organized and spacious with good displays. Staff is always friendly, personable and ready to educate you on what your purchases.

Great shop, great employees and local. Even on black Friday the employees were very helpful and insightful. Any questions you have, they're knowledgeable and willing to answer, and no terminology is off limits.

Best glass store in Madison by far. The staff has always been helpful. They always go into detail when answering questions about specific products and even compares to other products. If a better product at the store is available and costs less, they will always recommend that product. Looking forward to more visits to Ignite! Keep up the amazing work.

I absolutely adore this place! Between the friendly and knowledgeable staff and the wide array of products- both local (even some made by their own folks) and unique pieces- it is definitely my place of choice for smoking shenanigans. They legitimately care so much about their customers and what they’re selling, and it’s obvious.

Pretty nice shop with a vast selection. However knowledge of various items could be increased as to not waste customers time/ and or money by selling them products that are not compatible making them have to repurchase. I was sold an easy valve kit that was suppose to work for my Volcano Hybrid for 120$ and upon buying it and trying to figure out why it doesnt work very well I found out it was for the Digit only. (Something the staff should have been more knowledgeable about as I SPECIFICALLY inquired about a volcano HYBRID filling chamber and asked why the heating chamber on mine was a little different than the one she was trying to sell me.) I am very irate as I now have to order the piece I need from Storz and Bickel for another $60-80 and I am out the originial $120. Make sure you absolutely know what you are buying because unless it is the manager selling it to you they dont know what they are selling.

Pretty decent store, but don't recommend a product that does absolutely nothing to clean a bong when it cost $20 and a customer comes in looking for something that you don't carry. Honest sales keeps business going by bringing people back.
