Stopped in the store today. There was a young man sitting at the register on a cellphone. He did not greet or even say he’d be with me in a minute. I was waiting near front of the store. He eventually was standing in door to back of store looking at me. Still no acknowledgment. I left. Purchased elsewhere.

me, my friend, and boyfriend went and my friend was trying to find prom accessories. she had already tried on a few pairs of earrings but she went to do it again with a pair she was for sure going to buy so she had them in her hand because she was trying them on and the girl came up and said i’d like to see those earrings and asked us all to leave bc she was trying to steal them apparently. terrible experience won’t ever come back.

Signed up online for a 2pm ear piercing appointment. Got there at 1:45 to find the place locked and an "Out to lunch. Back in 30 minutes" sign up. There's no number to call to reach anyone, so we waited until 2:20, then left. Lovisa- in the same mall - took us in, and gave us a wonderful (and less expensive) experience. We understand if you're short staffed, just tell us please.

Been here twice this week and both times they’ve been closed when their hours say open till 8pm and I’m unable to order anything from their website and have it delivered either.

Giving a shout out to Summer, who worked here the other day, along with her manager, who works for both icing and Claire’s, they were both sssooo nice and even if they can’t control online orders they problem solved with me. I don’t buy much here yet Thor’s two were making it a great experience.

Lots of accessories & stuff to choose from! I went here a lot when I was really big on wearing flower crowns.Staff is hit & miss which is why it’s three stars. One incident a few years ago, I watched this staff member FaceTime about how she’s planning to close the store once I leave so she can party. Which I’m accepting of partying but I felt like I was being rushed out the door. And she did in fact close the gate when I left. I haven’t seen her since that incident so I’m assuming she got fired,

The one star is based solely on the staff. I asked the blonde girl with the very prominent drawn on freckles who is the STORE MANAGER a specific question about jewelry and she basically told me to go look for it myself without helping. No one was in the store and she was very rude about it. Acted like I ruined her day by asking for help. Get a better job if you hate the one you have.

Ghetto a** damn mall. Huge tweens jumping around the kid play area. Within 5 minutes, my 3 year old was hurt. They need to seriously enforce more rules into not letting bigger kids in to protect the safety of the youngsters. Food court sucks so much I'd rather starve. Capitol Cafe is watered down drinks full of artificial stuff. Loud and annoying teenagers trash the place. Haven't been to the bathrooms because I already know it's going to be nasty. The stores suck besides Sephora. Cheesecake Factory is okay because it's clean but the food sucks too. Overall, everything sucks. UPDATE ON APRIL 18TH Saw a rat running across the food court. Nice

West Towne Mall has seen better days. The roads around the mall are in wretched condition, pocked with suspension-eating potholes. During peak times, finding a decent parking spot is next to impossible and the mall itself is noisy and crowded. Now that the Apple Store has moved to Hilldale, I find myself visiting far less often. The main food court is populated by the type of chains you'd come to expect from a suburban mall (Taco Bell, Steak Escape, Subway, Auntie Anne's, etc). The recent addition of locally-owned Fancy Roll, featuring Thai rolled ice cream provides an appreciated respite from chains. The public restrooms are not for the faint of heart, I'll leave it at that...
