Design was similar to what I wanted but the nail tech was very in experienced nails all different lengths an shaped for the 75 I spent should have been a lot better

NEW OWNER AS OF NOVEMBER 2023! I just went to get a pedicure here and found out that they have a new owner. The place looks great on the inside and the staff are super friendly. I got their top tier pedicure option with no-chip polish and they did really well. I called ahead for an appt so I was in and out in an hour and my toes look GORGEOUS! Great selection of colors.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I so called paid for the "premium" pedicure that was 65.00, the lady didn't do half the things on the list. I paid 15.00 for a design that I never received. The owner was absolutely disrespectful. It was a mess. I would burn my money on an open flame, before I would ever step foot in that place. He knew damn well he charged me for services that were never performed.Services: Pedicure

FRIENDS, SKIP THIS NAIL SALON AT ALL COSTS!!!! If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. As someone who rarely reviews businesses, trust me when I say that I truly feel the need to share that, in my experience, this salon preys on making your nails brittle, over-charging and then not distributing refunds when SEVERE chipping happens almost immediately. STORY TIME: I received a "dip manicure" from the female nail technician, Anna, and after a little under two days, THIS is what happened (she only did a few thin dips of the powder and then cured it like a gel manicure). So I decided to take time out of my work day to reluctantly go back to the nail salon to request a refund. When I arrived to show the manager on site, which was the male technician, I know he racially profiled me by BASELESSLY and loudly accused me of "partying too hard and breaking a nail" in front of customers. And then he told me that the owner is the "only one who can issue refunds" and wouldn't give me any contact to get a hold of her (of course). So he rudely told me to come back later to get them redone. However, when I begrudgingly came back in to get them redone, he postponed me and said Monday would work best for him to redo my nails. I told him that I can make 10am on Monday work for me. He agreed and rudely waved me away. Come Monday, instead of him honoring the day that HE chose and the time we BOTH agreed upon, he wasted my time by scheduling all of these other nail appointments then, too, and told me to come back SEVEN hours later. A complete disregard for the time I had set aside. After a second postponing I knew he had no intention of redoing my nails. And, frankly, I hated having to come back to INails in the first place to get them redone since, again, they don't distribute refunds, but MOSTLY because the male technician in the shop was skeezy, inappropriate and rude. How? Well, when my friend and I first visited, he wouldn't stop licking and biting his lips in a gross, suggestive manner, all while mentioning how he flirts with clients and says inappropriate things in front of his wife (Anna) because she "doesn't understand English" (!!!!!). I can't make this stuff up - HE LITERALLY SAID THIS IN FRONT OF HER. We at first, nervously laughed it off and kept TRYING move on, but it was just nonstop from this dude. He only decided to stop when white clients came into the shop... God, such gross, icky behavior. If I never have to see this man again, and save some other women from an experience like this, I'll feel accomplished. P.s. I feel the need to mention that if you look at the reviews you're gonna notice photos that depict a decent acrylic nail set, HOWEVER rewarding inappropriate, skeezy men who have a complete lack of integrity is something we can choose to avoid when it comes to getting our nails done, ladies. I would highly suggest a different nail salon called: Dream Nails in Sun Prairie.

ITS A SCAM!!! My sister and I went for a pedicure. Got the “Essential” option which was $35. When it’s time for us to pay he tells us it’s $55 per person and would not change his mind. Pedicure was not worth $55.

Wow. Never have I ever been so Pressured to leave a tip I even got insulted by the man Because I did not leave a tip. Although I did upgrade my service, After being forced into it for an additional $20 which was not appreciated. I am not sure why that man was so rude. I came in feeling amazing and left feeling a little down.?. They asked me for money as if he was on a street corner. I will not return with my hard earned dollars. Went for Dip. The nail tech was less than attentive. He asked for referrals, which was frankly, the only time he said more than a couple of words to me. One nail chipped the very next day and another a couple days later. 3 other nails have the topcoat peeling off. It's only 1 week later, and I need to get my nails done. It won't t be here.

I am so beyond frustrated! I will NEVER go back there!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I went yesterday to get a full set. The guy (Dee) was using a nail file to shape and he cut into the side of my nail into my skin to the point I was bleeding. Not only did he do it to my middle finger he did it to my pointer finger on the same hand. He asked if it hurt and I told him yes, however he kept going. It’s day one and my fingers are already getting infected. When asked how they were going to make this right they said they can’t do anything but say sorry. They won’t give any money back nor did they ask if I wanted to come in and have them fix them (not that I’d say yes) for free.

My service was good until it went bad...Male owner (Dee) was very aggressive and rushed through my whole service. Waxed off majority of my eyebrows because in his words were "too thick" when originally I only needed to get them shaped/cleaned up. At the end of service the male owner "Dee" asked me why no tip and when I told him because I wasn't satisfied of my eyebrows he responded "you'll thank me later". Overall, My mani and pedi are ok.Services: Pedicure
