We stayed here over the weekend for a staycation. This was the first time we've stayed at Hotel Indigo and it was awesome. The Executive King room was large and comfortable with lots of unique touches. The staff did a great job of making sure we felt comfortable and well cared for. We will definitely stay here again and recommend Hotel Indigo for family and friends looking for a great Madison Hotel.Food & drinks: The onsite restaurant is excellent. They have a really good menu as well as lots of seasonal cocktails to try out.

Awesome stay, super clean, great decor and design. Location is perfect and even their restaurant had great food and cocktails. We will continue to stay here every time for overnights in Madison. Keep up the great work.

Great location to have your wedding guests stay at especially if your wedding is at The Tinsmith. They were very responsive when answering emails when setting up the hotel block and we used the Klueter room for the groomsman to get ready in which was great because you can order food through their buffet service. Definitely would recommend!

Nice hotel central to the city, walkable to lots of restaurants and attractions. Have stayed here 30+ nights in the last year for business, room is always clean, restaurant in the lobby has really good food.Hotel is a converted paint factory, so it’s got interesting decor and history. Walls/floors are also really thick, never had an issue with noise levels in the rooms, even next to families and large groups. WiFi is fast, and they provide nice bath amenities, as one would expect at a Hotel Indigo.Hotel staff typically recognize IHG One Rewards Status and offer appropriate welcome amenities, and I’ve received a room upgrade on 2 of my last 5 trips as a Platinum Elite.Overall, nice hotel in a good area, with excellent staff and high-end amenities.

I haven't stayed here, but I got locked out of my apartment nearby without my phone, and the kind gentlemen at the front desk assisted me with making a call so I could get back in. Thank you ?

Christmas Eve hotel time. Hotel Indigo is just the perfect fit for our family needs! Located in the old Mautz Paint factory on East Washington. A warm welcome from the front desk, upgrade offered based on my IHG status, excellent ADA accessible room for my 88 year old aunt. Queen suite was the perfect size for 3 adults. Quiet, well located to downtown Madison. Shuttle service to downtown and the airport. We will stay here again, I am sure!

A really nice place to stay with a gorgeous look to the lobby and decor. You can choose a slightly less expensive place, but I’ve got to say the Hotel Indego in Madison, is every bit as nice as you would hope for just a few dollars more.Our rooms were spotless, the service prompt and attentive, and with quiet, and comfortable rooms, there’s not much more you can ask for. Highly recommended.Rooms: Quiet clean and very comfortable

The staff of the hotel, including the shuttle driver, were absolutely amazing! They did a great job with the design of this place! The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and inviting! After this, I got myself an IHG account and booked another stay at a different Hotel Indigo!

Extremely friendly and helpful service. Located a block away from The Sylvee. It's a great place to stay if you're going to see a show there. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Super quiet, clean, and roomy. Fantastic location, close to most anything you want to see and do in Madison. The only negative is that parking is extra.Safety: You need to swipe your room key for access past the lobby.

The classic old paint factory (Mautz Paint) was rehabbed to serve as a great downtown hotel. The modern amenities and pote. Cheerful staff, Spencer, and others were elements that made our stay delightful.

On 11/27 I had exceptional customer service from Clark, while calling in my reservation. He was very helpful, enthusiastic, and patient, taking time to explain the differences between the suites, as well as online pricing. I am excited to stay at hotel where the employees share my excitement. Everything looks great online, this place seems reasonably priced and exceptional!
