Our first agent retired then we switched to another sf agent who only seemed interested in pushing coverage we didn't need and couldn't afford and could never get any answers from that agent. So we switched everything to Melissa's Agency and have been very pleased with her and her agencies professionalism and we always know they are there when we need them.
