I am very happy with the customer service. There was a short wait to get my stereo worked on ,but with the age of the unit,and being the only shop that I could find, it was worth it to make my stereo sing again. Very happy customer!

FANTASTIC experience. Russ was super thoughtful and communicated well about what was going on with my turntable, and we had a couple really good conversations along the way. Bottom line, the thing looks like a million bucks and sounds better than it ever has. How lucky are we, Madison, to have a place like this!?!
