The bald oversized white lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disgusting with her service due to an issue with their system. She let the hotels issue affect customers, and we ended up just leaving and going to the (much nicer) hotel across the street. If you’re going to come here avoid the buzz cut at all costs.

Rooms: HVAC unit is loud but rooms are spacious and clean enough.
Walkability: Not too many restaurants nearby.

The one word that comes to mind when reviewing this Madison hotel is....No!
No! This is not just your regular average hotel.
No! This not just your regular average customer service.
No! This is not just your regular average amenities.
I somehow unintentionally book the wrong dates for my stay thinking I booked in August but in actuality my booking was set for October. This was MY error NOT the hotels and I already pre paid for my room. Not only did the hotel manager issue me a full refund for October but he got me squared away right away. I paid and got checked in right away no hassle. Breakfast had many seating options so I didn't feel people were overlapping one another which was nice! The pool & spa also a relaxing touch! Freshly made cookies & coffee in the lobby for guest. Sitting area with fireplace etc. I could rant about this relaxing stay all day but I think everyone gets the point aha. Definitely a 5 star stay experience. Thanks!!

To say Hilton would be a lie more like a motel 6
Room still looks like The same sheets from the video one night in Paris shampoo and conditioner were both empty
Noteworthy details: Nothing on this trip was noteworthy. Who owns the Hilton? Motel 6? IDK I’m so confused about this location beds are dirty very very disappointing throwing money off the window pissing in the wind room #120 08/17-08/18 2024

Rooms were amazing, people were super friendly, pool was great for the kids, and the breakfast was wonderful! Would recommend anyone stay there 10 out of 10 would give more stars if I could!

Great hotel, all clean, updated, the room was spacious. But something outstanding was the pool! If you have kids, this is the greatest pool you will find in this type of hotels. It was a tampered pool for the kids to go in and out easily, it had water games, and for the adults there was a great Jacuzzi.

Large rooms, clean, comfy bed. Breakfast was good but the best part for my family was their pool. Fun for the whole family!
