The restore has this crazy system where they put the incorrect measurements on their doors; however, ask the customers to measure them. Their policy is no returns. The manager said their volunteers 'try', which translates that the bar is low. It is as bad as McDonald's where the cash registers have pictures of the items they sell. Idiocracy!

Pricing is super inconsistent. Some days I'll find good deals next day I'll go in and they have things priced way above retail. It's confusing.

My recent experience with this store was a very good one. What made this experience so memorable was the interaction I had with Ms. Ellen. Ms. Ellen has a very calm personality which is an excellent skill given the chaos you’ll experience with the management team.In my experience, I felt like I was chasing after answers but no one knows what’s going on. Ms. Ellen on the other hand, looked at the situation, and calmly took control. Many thanks to her and other employees like this.

Great store otherwise but, 2 out of 3 "tested" appliances didn't work and if your renovation gets pushed back, they will not extend the 14 day return policy to exchange. $300+ gone.

Took off work early to donate some items. Store was open but a sign said the donation area was closed and only open during posted hours. No hours were posted. Add this to the list of businesses where people work when they feel like it or aren’t too busy checking their phones. Would-be donations are going in the trash. Thanks for wasting my time, gas and patience.
