Ryans team at Guild mortgage was the third lender we have used for home buying and will be our top choice when we buy again. His team members responded quickly to any questions we had and explained all steps of the process. Their software is easy to use/follow. Communication from the team comes in your preferred method, however, I appreciate that the team sends texts or calls for tasks needing a quick turnaround. Lastly, Guilds upfront underwriting process is superb and makes the actual underwriting process very easy.
