This place scans people on shipping!! Charged $13 to ship one playing card. It cost less than a dollar to ship. Said it weighed a pound and the box weighed a pound. It’s one playing card. Ridiculous.

All good !!, Except their Non-Group-Home Housing Programs sucks !-Building ManagersOf such "Programs"- Non-Inclusive to Residents-, also, Nobody knows their Neighbors in such Housings!, & Subsidized Housing here sucks !!-Property Managers take '$' for earned '$'- no way to get ahead fiscally in such "programs"!-

I feel like they have gone through every piece of merchandise lately, and all the good stuff must be going online because what is left in the store is a lot of unwanted junk. You can’t find anything old or collectible (unless it chipped or broken) even though I’m willing to support them and pay the price! I have tried in the past to buy a piece of furniture that they featured on their Facebook page and it was so buried in the back room I couldn’t even see it! Don’t even get me started, and the lack of training in pricing. Once I found a package of napkins price 3.99!

Their auctioning of items online is really ruining the essence of a thrift store. And seems greedy for a thrift store wanting to get affordable things into less fortunate peoples hands. It’s a waste of time shopping at Goodwill when anything nice is auctioned and the junk is in the stores.

I was at the verona good will 114 south main st. I found a board game that I thought was reasonable whether all pieces were there or not. when I got up to check out she found a different tag I brought it to Candaces attention. she looked at the price tags and said we will go with the high one. that tells how the employees are!. then she asked if I wanted to round up even higher.

Went to Oconomowoc store yesterday with my 4 yr old grandson. He has autism and will not wear a mask. They would not let us in the store!!! Goodwills mission is all about helping people with special needs to be out in the community and making their life better, but they turn a child with special needs away that needs to be out amongst other people. He is not sick., always stays in the cart and no threat to anyone. If he touches an item, so does everyone else. The germs are there. What a sad excuse for a company I used to respect. No more!!!
