I called the Goodman's Jewelers to ask if they replaced batteries in Tissot watches. I specified that it was waterproof, so it requires a special key, and was told they could complete the battery replacement. I dropped that watch off, along with another one, over a week ago. Just received a call from them saying the other watch is done. It was not until I inquired about the Tissot watch that I was told "we can't do that one. I recommend you take it to a Tissot dealer." The manager, who I asked to speak with, then told me, "I wasn't able to look at it until 10 minutes ago." I asked him why, when I called and mentioned it was waterproof and required a special key, then mentioned it again when it dropped it off, I was told twice they could complete the replacement, just to have the watch sit there for an entire week before being told they cannot do that work. He didn't seem to have an answer. The customer service is lacking at best.

Once again they have come through with fine service. Needed an old custom wedding ring modified. Price was right, estimated time frame was acceptable, and they cut that wait in half. The staff were, as usual, very pleasant. They are the first place I consider for jewelry.

Goodman's Jewelers is the best! All their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I got our wedding bands here - they have a wide selection of rings and at good prices.

I went to Goodman's to get my Girlfriends ring resized. They were very helpful in the process. We were helped by a very kind staff member who inspected the ring before they resized it and let us know of a flaw within the ring that I didn't know existed. She gave us an accurate quote that was relatively pricy compared to the cost of the ring, but the overall process was great. We were originally told it would take 4 weeks to resize, but it was done within 8 days, which was nice that they completed it so quickly. Overall I would recommend going here if your jewelry needs to be repaired.

I just had my engagement ring and custom wedding band resized. The ring was purchased from Goodman’s in early 2007 and it came back this week looking brand new and fits perfectly again. My hands are tiny—it was a size 2.75 to start (now 3.5) and the jeweler who worked on sizing it down so tiny and creating the wedding band still remembers us and my ring. It makes me feel special that he takes such good care of it year after year. I would never trust this precious jewelry to anyone else!

Bob was so nice and caring in helping me find a simple gemstone ring (a bday gift to myself). He was informative, friendly, and patient. I had such a positive experience there and would definitely go back for future purchases or jewelry services.
