This place probably cannot help you, so they will refer you to UW. Then when UW determines a treatment plan, GHC will decline it. Best of luck to you!

Took my 2 year old here because he has been in and out of the ER with lung infections. When we arrived at radiology for a chest X-ray, a woman tried to make my son and two other small children put on masks. I went to reception to ask what the masking policy was, and the woman came up from behind me and stated “Anyone older than two needs to wear a mask” she said according to policy. “We follow the rules here” she said. Yeah, we’ve heard that before…Why is this medical facility trying to make out kids sicker? Literal toddlers with pneumonia and RSV need to wear masks? Get it together GHC/UW Health. Your mask police are an embarrassment to healthcare. Sickening.

IUD insertion did not include or even offer local anesthesia.

The lady GLEN at the Front Desk was Very rude. I had my Physical Therapy appt today at 3pm. She told me to go down the hall to the left. That was Radiology Dept. I am older with a Walker and get short winded been Hospitized 3 times this year with CHF. One of those was "Code Blue" for 10 minutes. Did NOT appreciate the "run around" and her attitude. She does not protray of good image for Front Desk.

Receptionists are horrible, hard to get an appointment and nurses take a long time to respond to messages. We pay 1200.00 per month for this insurance, that’s for 2 of us! It’s unacceptable at the very least.

I went in for a basic physical and left with a $300 bill. I was recommended general lab tests, which were outrageously priced and poorly covered by my insurance. My physical was labeled as a "30-45 minute visit", when it should not have been. This resulted in an additional co-pay. I'd recommend avoiding GHC.

I'm never able to get on my chart because the server is always down, I always have to call to confirm my appointments.

Stop asking patients if they want a video appt for something that clearly needs to be evaluated in person.

Places like this make me sick. It’s unbelievable that if you do not have health insurance they are not willing to share public COVID-19 health information with you. They won’t even answer your questions without you paying them or having your insurance pay them. It’s unbelievable and inhumane.I do have health insurance but I will never support a corporation like this one

They closed their pharmacy at this location. I now have to drive downtown for my medicine once a month. I guess only people who can afford to live downtown or in Middleton get personal attention.

Little confusing driving in, and shares with UW health. But have quick check in kiosks, and mildly decent signage. Elevators are slow, but 3rd floor was quiet.

Terrible clinic! Poor reception staff, nursing staff, and pediatricians. As a concerned mom for her child I expressed my concerns to the pediatrician. he brushed me off...saying tell me the symptoms only! No empathy shown for my child he was just a number. I avoid this clinic at all cost. I advise others to do the same.

I had an appointment scheduled with a provider 6 months in advance. A month prior to the appointment the provider called and cancelled on me. Said it would be another 4-6 months till I could be seen. Worst of all the woman on the phone who called to reschedule me kept saying that I had cancelled and I had to correct her several times. She left the conversation stating she would put me on a waitlist (which I had already been on for 5 months with no call) and never scheduled a future appointment for me. At this point I am going to switch insurances at the end of the year and go somewhere else. I've had nothing but problems with GHC!!!

Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW),GHC is the worst health insurance there can be, there they have no respect for patients, receptionists are rudely complacent, medical assistants send expensive exams or test to patients without being necessary since they do not see the medical history .... they borrow patients, regardless of their low income, they don’t recive complaints, the patient is helpless in GHC, they should know that their patients are not banks and have more empathy for them ... I do not recommend that insurance at all health .... is the worst of the worst. it is frustrating to know that in Wisconsin there are such cooperatives, where they only think about the money they can earn but they don't care about the patients and the money they can lose, one way to steal money is to send costs and unnecessary tests, taking advantage of patient vulnerability
