I was able to get what I wanted, changed my mind at the last minute and they still accommodated me and delivered everything on time. Everybody was nice and helpful. Nallely, one of the young ladies that works there, is very knowledgeable she is extremely polite and has top notch customer service performance. I recommend the west side location of Get it Now to anyone who is looking for good quality merchandise, fair pricing and excellent customer satisfaction and support. Way to go you guys. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ☺️

Was grateful to get a new washer and dryer set because my family was in need but if you’re late on ONE payment due to financial situations, they harass you with multiple calls a day until you’re current. My due day is Saturday, before Saturday ends they’re already calling my phone! When my payments are done, I will NOT be returning. I’ll continue to go through Bob’s furniture.

Got a used couch and table set , when I’m late on a payment because of financial issues they harass you with phone calls multiple times a day and don’t let up , their interest is ridiculous if it’s too easy to get it’s usually going to be a problem

Really friendly staff willing to go the extra step to help..I recently went in to get a laptop to establish more credit ....my credit score went up 21 points.turns out the laptop I bought was so much cheaper anywhere else. If you're trying to improve your credit this is the place to go if you're looking for a good electronic go somewhere else
