“Exceptional service! Honda. where I purchased my Element and who had serviced it for 17 years and with only 100K miles, told me to scrap my car when I took it in for a noisy rear wheel. I must have 25 inspection reports from them and BAM, worthless car. Genin's is taking time and really helping me! Their is a reason they have a good reputation!”

“We stopped in while travelling just to get a soda and my husband wanted a soft pretzel. The cheese machine was down so they politely asked us to wait while they changed it. In the time it took to change the cheese, the pretzels in the hot case sold out! Rather than just shrug their shoulders and send us on our way, the staff was so great! Made us a fresh new one immediately and didn't even charge us for waiting. I've noticed lately that customer service seems to be dead, but that is certainly NOT TRUE at this location! Both staff members on duty were AWESOME”

“We're on a cross country road trip in our Vandoit and due to its height, we have to search out tall bay self-serve car washes. With our Yakima roof top back, we measure right under 11.5 ft tall. This car wash bay was 11.5 ft so it was a close call, but we fit! They accept debit/credit cards and the rates are reasonable. The foam brush has lots of soap and helped us reach the top of the van. There was good pressure on the sprayer. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely come back.”
“Kwik Trip is really more than a gas station. Like I'm low on ground beef and at Kwik Trip so I'll grab it. You rarely come across a rude person working here. Prices are super reasonable considering inflation. Easy to grab cheese curds when I'm in town, because I always forget to buy them for my family until I'm in Janesville and realize I forgot! I don't really have stores like that so close to me like they have them in Wisconsin, everywhere.”

“Typical gas station and an attached mini-mart. Both relatively clean, but nothing too fancy. Two good points: 1) it's not a BP; 2) no spiders on the pumps! (See my review of the mobil on mid-East Wash, or any gas station in AR for context). The parking lot on the side can be a little cramped, especially with other vehicles coming and going. Overall, good for what it does, and it takes ExxonMobil cards. Here I thought Kelly-Williamson left the MSN area...”

“Efficient, as far as fueling up goes. Easy to find and get in and out of. Windshield squeegee bucket actually had fluid in it.Is it just me, or does the non-stop infomercial blaring from LED TV screens feel off-putting and probably bad for the environment, or at least just wasteful? Do we really need this? Why can't I turn it off?No spiders here, how refreshing! ?”

“The best Kwik trip I have ever been to. The staff actually care. Sunday, a machine was down and the young man gave me a coupon for a free cold brew. Another trip, I spilled creamer and they gave me a free coffee. Whoever manages this place, must actually know how to train staff. Great job!”
“Everyone at this location today was awesome but Ebony was outstanding. She went out of her way to make sure to greet every customer that came in and say her goodbyes to every customer leaving with a line and she went out of her way to get something for me that I needed that I forgot to grab and on top of that she just made my day just an absolutely outstanding and friendly and customer oriented person this is a nice change of pace I will always stop in here when I'm on the side of town thank you Ebony and everybody else that was working today...”
“The staff at this location is beyond expectations! Everyone I talked to today was so nice and helpful while I was so stressed out. I got a flat tire while attempting to fill my tire with air. The arrival time for the tow truck kept getting pushed back! The manager came out and personally helped me And with a smile on his face the entire time! “Dear Kwik Trip of Madison, WI (east side)Days before Christmas I came into your Kwik Trip with a children’s toy pot full of quarters. I walked the aisles with my son in tow, seeking only one thing. A very specific Kinder Egg. We found them, unbeknownst to me we left behind this small pot.A couple weeks later we stopped by in search of more kinder eggs. We didn’t find any that time, but we found something much greater.You remembered us, and remembered that little pot. You asked your coworkers if it was still behind the register. It wasn’t, but as luck would find us a kind co worker who had repurposed the small pot heard us talking.She came over with a smile, looked to my son and told him she would bring it in on her next shift.A couple weeks later, I stopped by for that small pot. When I asked the person at the register is there was a small pot left for someone he immediately said “yes!” With a happy smile.A chain reaction of kindness from strangers was unbelievably impactful that day.You did not know how much it meant to me, I wanted to tell you. But I was overwhelmed with emotion.During the week of Christmas, my apartment flooded about three inches. A lot of our belongings, food, clothes and Christmas presents were ruined.I wanted to cheer my son up as much as I could so we drove around to about 5 Kwik Trips one day that week.After I lost that little pot that meant a lot to my son, it was a gift from a great grandparent who has passed,I had to put our cat to sleep due to issues surrounding the flood.My heart was completely broken. I had lots of support from family and friends, but I was beginning to become so angry at the world. Insurance wasn’t (isn’t) helping, we had lost our home, and now a family member.This seems like a small act of kindness, but to me it reminded me of something important.How much small acts of kindness can really matter to someone, and that you never know what someone may be dealing with.The look on my sons face when I showed him his little pot, and read him this note will be something I think about for the rest of my life. I also noticed every trash dispenser had brand new trash bags, and it was 10am, and the 5th of July, so to me that's impressive. Last, I had to use the bathroom and the men's was MUCH more cleaner than I would have expected. Thank you for being off of Hwy 12.”

“Staff are friendly, gas prices are competitive, and despite the smaller square footage of this store, it’s organized well and offers a wide selection. The downsides are that the pumps are a bit too close, and the lot is tight, so it can be quite tricky navigating around other drivers especially if they’re spatially challenged.”
“Very very different than most Kwik Trips but I have a feeling that's a feature not a bug. One of, if not, the most efficient Kwik Trip I've been to (that's a lot).Also, they love to sell discount doughnuts. Kids can't tell they are slightly stale.”

“This is a popular Coach bus stop for travel to Chicago & many other cities in Wisconsin. There is always parking and it's easy to get in and out. The buses have been always on time so I suggest you be on time because they are on schedule. The Phillips 66 has clean restrooms and a variety of snacks to purchase if u did not pack a snack.”

“Recently got my brakes and exhaust system replaced at DB's. They did an excellent job, and I had my car back the same day I brought it in. Pricing was also really reasonable compared to chains (like Midas).
Josh is an excellent communicator and upfront about how long things will take, pricing, etc
Mike is a great mechanic and a very trustworthy person. I never worry that he is going to tell me to fix more than is needed.”
