So happy to have this store open! I have been to the Sun Prairie location, and this (in the empty spot of the old Whole Foods) is a great addition to the central part of Madison. While it does headline 'International Foods' there are also many domestic brands, and produce. I think it might also have the best Gluten Free selection of food in town I have seen as well. The staff at checkout mentioned that hot foods like gyros will be coming soon too.

The store director here refused to answer my questions about a marked-down product. I complained to the store director about not providing me with grocery service and she kicked me out.

This is the worst grocery store I've ever been to in my life. They prey on students living nearby by doubling the prices on grocery items. They are also out of stock of common items every single time I shop here. Possibly the worst business in the city.

Checkout is always very fast and the produce here is great! Awesome selection of items considering how small the store is. Don't forget $5 sushi rolls on Wednesdays

Great central place with all your grocery needs including fresh produce.

I really love this place because staff is always friendly and helpful. I feel that the store itself lacks all the grocery items that I would desire. I feel that this is the case because of its size.

Best grocery store on campus! There are so many selection of food items and snacks! Compared to other grocery stores around campus the prices are fair considering the location. The cashiers are very good at what they do! Extremely helpful and I appreciate that they make eye contact and engage with customers.I have not tried the buffet but the price is $9.99 per lb which is fair (lots of grocery stores are within the range of $8-10 per pound). The items sold are ideal for weekly grocery shoppers as there aren’t much bulk purchase options.

Would only come for emergency supplies. This is NOT the farmers market at the capital like other reviews mentioned. You’ll be disappointed at the freshness and quality of produces.Pros: nice location for students, close to campus, pedestrian friendly.Cons: the price is higher than other markets. The cashier was not in the mood to be helpful. Not friendly if you drive as there’s no cart return in the garage. $25 minimum for parking validation.

This store has a decent amount of selections for groceries, for such a small space compared to the typical grocery store you’d find elsewhere. It is a bit pricey and a shame they didn’t make the grocery bigger. But for college students I supposed it’s nice if they aren’t too invested in making 5 star meals - which I suppose you could.. but the prices are too high for me to do so. They have very healthy options, vegan options, a wide variety of the basics. Overall I am so happy I have this walking distance to me. I do go here often, but not for all of my grocery shopping due to the higher prices and not having as wide as a variety as your average grocery store outside of the city.
