I stopped by yesterday in search of a dress for a wedding and not only did I find 2 dresses I loved but the sales associates were extremely helpful and welcoming. One of the women even offered to steam the dress for me. Cute and fun little spot in the West Towne Mall.

I just came to West Town mall to this Francesca’s location during business hours and the store is closed! The sign on the door says hours today are 11am - 7pm… it’s 1:20pm and the store is closed, locked, lights off. I have a return to make that now I’m going to miss the return window on because they’re not open during standard business hours. Extremely frustrating and not the experience I expected. They don’t offer free mail returns, so in store return was the best option. But they have to be open for in store returns to be possible. I guess I won’t be ordering from them anymore.

Not a pleasant experience today at all!
1.Nobody greated me as I walked in even one girl was at the counter, and she saw me. I suddenly felt I wasn’t welcomed in this store.
2.Nobody asked me if I need any help during my whole time in this store, and they’re not enthusiastic to give me an answer when I asked for suggestions.
3. One of two girls was helping me check out and I didn’t understand why she needed my phone number. Then, she made an eye contact with her coworker, yup, and explained it to me impatiently.
I used to work at one store in this mall and I was never ever trained in this way as a retailer. I still love spending time at Francescas, I’m sure a lot of people do too. But that doesn’t mean anyone should be treated like this.

I walked in on labor day Monday and found a dress that I wanted to buy. I chose not to buy it since I was being ignored by the one girl working that night. She was talking on the phone for the 15-20 mins that it took me to find a dress and then try it on. She did not say 1 word to me. She was also cursing on the phone. I walked out without purchasing the dress. All I expected was a 'hello" when i walked in and for her to see if i needed any help, I wouldn't have cared if she was on the phone if she simply acknowledged me.

Pretty fair place to visit. Location at West Towne Mall is fairly small so I didn't find much worth looking at. Though they do have some pretty great smelling bath bombs and some nice jewelry. My friend who is expecting finds it incredibly fun with the interesting gadgets they have in the back of the store

Great little store with some unique pieces. Love some of the new styles they had in stock. Very helpful staff! If you want a cute outfit without looking like everyone else, it's a great store.

I went in to check out a sale but wasn't greeted or acknowledged while I was there browsing the racks. I lingered to check out the rest of the store and the jewelry. The prices were high, but there were sales going on. There is a variety of comfy and cute clothes for layering but no thanks due to lack of feeling welcomed.

I visited the place on 10/19/14. They had quite a few good looking dresses, but the two girls that were working there weren't really interested in talking with customers. They were chatting with each other and dancing to the music (!!!). I felt awkward approaching them and left the store...
